this is our 2nd time staying @ this property. check in was very simple . Cheryl was very responsive when messaged. the space is very comfortable and you feel very much at home. if using public transportation when visiting there is a bus stop right down the block which was very convenient for us. I can't wait to return again if it's available. Overall Cheryl K Estates is a very good place to stay and feel at home. THANK YOU CHERYL!!!

During a very busy weekend, Kirsten made our visit easier. Her place was more than able to comfortably accommodate our larger-sized family. She was communicative and welcoming. Her household instructions were clear and checkout was incredibly simple. I loved the forethought of having space heaters in the room for chilly nights. The home is older, so there are quirks that come with that. There’s also thick green foliage around her home, which can give someone with allergies a little trouble. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment which is surprisingly private yet convenient... Ola is a great host...he made my wife and I feel at home as he was welcoming, responsive and very helpful.. In a nutshell it was home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to visit soon!!! stay bless broo 🙏

the place was indeed beautiful the back patio and the use of the yard was great the kitchen was beautiful the beds were super comfortable and the place was super clean i would definitely come back it was pricey but definitely worth the money

Great and cosy place. Definitely worth it. My sister and her husband stayed for few days and they loved it. This place is close to the cross county mall. If we need a places to stay in another occasion this would be our first option.. 🌟🌟

Our stay was great! The ac was perfect for cooling us off, and we really loved having a TV in the room and a Keurig machine.

Super comfortable and quiet apartment in the perfect part of town. Very convenient for coffee in the morning, Dunkin is a 4 minute walk. Fahad is awesome as well, clear instruction and rules, very accomodating and helpful.

Daniel was an excellent host and the studio is in a great location.

The space was exactly what we needed for a 2-day stay... everything was clean and practical, clean decor, excellent mattresses, which was perfect for the end of a long day of hiking. I just recommended it to a friend who will do the same as us next month.

Came to NY to visit my daughter, who is attending college not too far from the location. I had a fantastic stay at this cozy location! The place was impeccably clean and offered all the comforts of home, making it a perfect getaway. I especially loved the convenience of having my own parking space, which made exploring the city and getting to and from my daughters dorm easy. The host, Monique, was very friendly and incredibly communicative and readily available for any questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . A very great place, clean and lovely rooms and cosy beds, generally the entire place is lovely, our hosts were friendly and responsive, clear instructions and helpful in finding transport to NY.

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Overall had a great stay! Stayed at Ann’s place due to my daughter‘s surgery at NY Presbyterian Columbia University Hospital. Location was perfect for us to go back-and-forth to the hospital. The place was very clean and exactly as described and Ann was very responsive and accommodating.

Stayed at this space for a combo trip of business and pleasure. It was SO well suited for both! The back patio is literally incredible and was so appreciated. The warm welcome and small but very appreciated personal touches for guests were so thoughtful, and the place itself was stunning (high ceilings, cozy blankets, the BEST pillows I've experienced at an airbnb) and the hosts themselves were incredible responsive. The location is ideal and super close to LGA, and within walking distance of fab restaurants, bodegas, and coffee shops.

Clean and accessible. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Would recommend Casa Erika.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
