Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

The vanishing point,

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

Your 34-square-meter, single-storey accommodation will be privatized on the ground floor, with adjoining terrace. Very quiet and cool place in summer, on the ground floor. Sleeping area with double bed, a beautiful shower room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen and finally a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Not to mention a privately owned outdoor area.
