The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

A wonderful stay in a special place - perfect for a family or friends exploring the area on foot or bike. Lots of space to relax at the property, inside and out. Particularly appreciated Benjamin’s friendly and responsive approach, and flexibility on check out time for a small extra fee.

Our stay was perfect in every way. Bobby was very welcoming and the property is stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you require. The outdoor space is huge and beautiful- loved exploring the woods and feeding the fish. There are so many toys/games for both inside and outside to keep children entertained. We loved our stay.

Just had a wonderful few days stay at Jayne’s. We felt relaxed immediately and were very impressed with the little touches to make us feel at home. We wanted to explore the New Forest and have some days out at different beaches and the location was perfect, we could get to some lovely beaches within half an hour. Jayne was very helpful with recommendations for local walks and walks within a short drive - Bolderwood was amazing, we loved watching the deer from the viewing gallery. The drive back through the New Forest was stunning and looking at the horses was so calming. We’ve definitely come back very chilled, which is what we wanted. Will definitely return! We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. We have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the bolt hole. The house and location were just perfect and exactly what we needed for our two young energetic boys and dog. We spent plenty of time in the stunning garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much Claire and Buster for making us feel so welcome and especially for allowing us to meet all of the animals. Freddie and Bertie will keep these memories for life and they are already missing playing with the dogs ( especially Fred ) and saying hello to Bernard every morning through the gate. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

If cottages could win awards, this one would be Best in Show (and that’s not just the dog talking). We had a fantastic weekend getaway in this beautiful little gem — think charming country vibes meets spotless interiors. The location was spot-on: peaceful enough to unwind, but close enough to places worth exploring. The garden was a particular highlight — our dog gave it a five-paw rating and probably thinks we bought the place. The hosts were lovely, helpful, and full of great local tips. In short: beautiful place, brilliant hosts, and a four-legged paradise. Highly recommend — and we’ll definitely be back!

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped, exactly what we had expected.Private little garden which was great as weather was beautiful.Situated just a few minutes walk into Lymington.Helen was very friendly and responsive and not at all intrusive.Tea,coffee and essentials were a very welcome bonus when we arrived.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Just as great as the first time. Love the location, so central. Great pubs, restaurants, shops and walks nearby. This Airbnb has everything you need & super comfy beds.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Beth’ s place is amazing. A calm and peaceful haven. From the thoughtful welcome card to the incredibly kind extra touches like bread, milk and eggs. Beth has created the most fantastic experience for guests. We had a fabulous 8 nights and really recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

Great location and a good flat for a short getaway

We had a great stay in this lovely flat just off the high street. So much to do in Lymington and the surrounding New Forest. Highly recommend the Tapas bar in the high street. Jill recommended various parking spots for our other car (one parking space comes with the flat), and was quick to let us know that a space had come free in the private parking area for all the flats.

A great location, incredible view from the bed of the pier and sea. Very nice and clean flat. Comfortable firm bed. Great shower and well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach and Flamingo is a really nice and reasonably priced cafe/restaurant in between the beach and apartment. Very helpful and nice hosts. Would recommend every time and we will be going back again in the summer.

Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

Louise’s place was just perfect. It was exactly what I was after. The kitchen was well equipped, the sofa was comfy, the mattress was terrific. Plus, all of Lyndhurst and the New Forest are right on your doorstep. (Don’t miss out on hiring a bike from Woods Cyclery right across the road!) I would very happily stay again. 💕

Lara’s lovely apartment was perfect for an overnight stay in Lymington. It’s conveniently located, well appointed and we really liked that both double bedrooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom (one en suite). Being on the ground floor, it is quite overlooked, so we felt we had to have the blinds down more than we otherwise might, but that didn’t bother us. It was a little noisy early in the morning, both from people moving about overhead and from the boiler firing up, but we would definitely stay here again.

Julie was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and helpful. The flat was lovely, it was in a great central location and was well equipped, homely and pristine. There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

Just what we expected,some really nice touches like the biscuits and fruit. Quiet and private.

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!
