Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. It is equipped with an indoor spa in a room with large bay windows overlooking the garden. Outside, you will find a wooden terrace with table and chairs, a large shaded area with picnic table and benches, parking spaces with charging socket for electric cars.

Langlois Vineyard House

Located close to Saumur and in the heart of our vineyard, our house offers you a unique break to enjoy the surrounding nature and discover our Langlois bubbles. A stone's throw from the accommodation, we will welcome you to our shop for a guided tour and a tasting of our Crémants de Loire and our wines. A bike deposit is also available (€10 per day). Saumur city center is a 5-minute drive from the property.
