Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful pond nearby. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet-friendly accommodation.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Communication without any problems, he responded immediately and there was no problem to agree on anything. Accommodation as in the photos, everything clean and cozy. A big plus is public transport in the immediate vicinity, as well as parking. We were really satisfied with the accommodation and we recommend it.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

Hana's place is very nice, you get the whole house for yourself with a very good kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. It was very nice for 4 of us visiting Brno for DevConf. Also, Hana was very quick to help out by bringing over a vacuum cleaner when we broke some glass jar. The only small problem is that it's not the nearest to the center, but you can take public transport which is always available or call a taxi.

It was nice to be there, we recommend this place for chilling and rest.

We were with the family of nine in David's beautiful house. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and access to the outside everywhere. The pool and terrace with the grill were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a couple of magically beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very diligent host. He knew we were booking the house for my mother's birthday and even suggested arranging flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay!

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

My girlfriend and I loved the accommodation. We felt at home, rich equipment, everything you can think of. We were pleasantly surprised by the TV in the apartment after arrival, which the page says that the apartment does not contain. The kitchen was great, well-equipped. The cleanliness of the apartment is also excellent. As for the noise, with the windows closed it is quiet, you can't hear the noise from outside and the neighbors were not heard once during the whole trip. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation was overall at a good level and in addition it was close to the center. I definitely recommend it!!

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean and located in a beautiful, quiet environment. The garden full of greenery gave the place a magical atmosphere and was great for relaxing. I recommend it as accommodation for max. 2 people.

Had an absolutely lovely time at Veroronika's apartment! It's located not far from the center, in a safe, really quiet neighborhood. Everything was very thoroughly cleaned and in order, and it had everything I needed. Even when there was an issue, Veronika was fast to response and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment in Brno. It is close to the city center with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Nikola met us at the flat and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay, everything was as described. It was clean, quiet and everything needed was available. Communicating with the host was quick and responsive. We'd love to come back, I can only recommend it!

The apt is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything was just as described with all the amenities (although I didn't need to use most of these during my brief stay). The host also kindly provided an array of toiletries. The instructions to check in being precise, went without any problem. The location is central, yet being on a residential street close to a park, it was quiet. There was extensive civil work going on during the day on the street in front of the building, but it did not cause me any inconvenience. The history of the apt added to its charm.

Great location. Very easy to walk to the center of Brno

The accommodation is very nice, it is a beautiful, spacious, bright and very tastefully furnished apartment. We had everything we needed. In the kitchen, we appreciated the coffee capsules, as well as the fact that there were different kinds of teas, sugar, honey, salt, which is very useful if you travel "light" with a few things. We liked the location with access to the center about 8 minutes on foot, from the main train station of Brno it is about 11 minutes on foot, which was great for us, as we traveled by train. Communication with the hosts was excellent and their response was quick. Thank you for a nice stay.

Excellent stay, the apartment was exactly as described, and even better. Super clean, had everything you can think of, including stuff for our little kid. Location in walkable distance from the historical city centre, in a wonderful, peaceful neighbourhood. It can be a bit tricky to find parking nearby late in the evening, but that's normal, I guess. All in all, this is the closest you can get to the hypothetical perfect stay.

We unfortunately stayed only for one night but we wish we could've stayed for longer. The house is cosy, had everything you might need even for a longer stay, but what made this experience perfect for us and our dog is the garden we could use and park our car. The host even brought a ladder so we can pick tasty cherries from the garden. We will definitely be back and stay for longer. Treat yourself with this stay while in Brno, you will not regret it.
