The cottage is tucked away in the woods, it is not on the main hiking trail, and it is at the end of the road, you will enjoy complete peace from the cars. In summer, 3 degrees cooler than in the center or by the water. The plot is a large 1000m2 land, which ensures privacy from passers-by. The advantage is a covered spacious terrace in case of bad weather, you can still spend time outdoors. The cottage dates back to the 30s when two friends bought it as a semi-detached house. The bottom of the cottage is brick, the top is wooden.

There are also many convenient trams and bus connections around the area. It is 9 min by tram to the centre and 15 min walking. Grand Prix is 10 minutes by car. You have all privacy what you need.
