Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

2-Zimmer Appartment am Markt

Zwei Zimmer in direkter Innenstadtlage, zentraler geht es kaum. Die Wohnung ist keine Gehminute vom Markt entfernt und bietet somit Zugang zu allen Möglichkeiten, die die Innenstadt zu bieten hat. Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung, ausgestattet mit einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen und der Möglichkeit auf der Couch für zwei weitere Personen aufzubetten. Ein Badezimmer mit Fenster und eine Küche sind vorhanden. Ein kleiner Schreibtisch sowie WLAN stehen zur Verfügung.

If you want to live in the countryside and yet in the old town of Eberswalde, then come to us. Overlooking the park and small river. The spacious room of about 45 m² is located in the annex and has a separate entrance. A double bed and sofa bed for a maximum of 3 guests including shower, toilet No cooking facilities but a café & restaurant next door This centrally located vacation room has its own terrace with park views on the small river. Here you can relax and unwind

Oasis of the metropolis - loft in Lanke Castle

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish old farmhouse converted in 2023 in the Schorfheide nature reserve, and is only a 2-minute walk from the lake, where you can swim quietly and relax. The house has a rowboat, which can be used for a fee (€10/day). From the large outdoor terrace you can watch cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the courtyard. The Chorin monastery and the Brodowin eco-village can each be reached in 15 minutes by car (30 minutes by bike).

Genieße ein modernes und stilvolles Urlaubserlebnis in unserem liebevoll eingerichteten Bungalow in der Schorfheide, direkt am klaren Werbellinsee. Das Grundstück liegt zwischen Wald und Wasser: Auf der einen Seite beginnt unmittelbar der Wald, auf der anderen erreichst du den See in nur ca. 50 Metern – perfekt zum Schwimmen, Entspannen und Abschalten. Ideal für Paare und Ruhesuchende. Berlin ist in ca. 35 Minuten erreichbar. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch.

The GDR bungalow with 80m² was extensively renovated by us and is under constant expansion. Our airbnb credo is to offer our guests a vacation as we would like to spend it ourselves - simply because we enjoy our property personally. Four bedrooms not only allow for relaxed family vacations, but also offer plenty of space for friends or company retreats thanks to the generous kitchen, spacious living room and extensive courtyard. you can also camp here :)

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Our barn de Lütt offers enough space to a couple or a small family to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside in every season. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing frame, swing and sandbox invites you to linger.
