IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. It is the old town of Estancia La Clarita, within the property you have access to different places on the Rosario River. It is a quiet area, to rest with family or friends. Surrounded by nature, it is ideal for taking a boat, fishing from the coast or exploring the forest area that covers the river area. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can be rented with the guest house that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Beautiful for walking to the river and discovering nature

“Tierra Luna” Guest House (bathtub, hot tub)

Enjoy our guest house. Master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus 2 beds in the living room (max. 4 people). - It has a Hot Tub for exclusive use (included in the price, firewood cost) - Shared swimming pool (summer) and gym. It includes bedding, towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, personal hygiene products, and cleaning supplies. Electric cost is additional. Consumption is measured at check-in and out. Relax at this unique and tranquil place on Los Pinos beach. The house is very well equipped, with a river view from inside and outside the house. Great mountain with the Tembetari stream and trails next to it for walking, energizing and enjoying nature. Really enjoyable all year round. In the area, there are several shops where you can get everything you need. Possibility of transportation to and from the bus terminal etc. Minimum stay for 2 nights.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Only 10 meters from the beach, across the street. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and starry nights in a quiet and cozy place. Single-room container with wifi, smartTV, air conditioning, microwave, minibar, equipped kitchen, electric kettle and grill. Includes hammock, chairs and beach umbrella. No towels are provided. Fenced property, pets are welcome to share the stay!
