Vacation rentals with a patio in Bristol County

We so enjoyed Lindsey's very spacious place! We loved walking Bristol and enjoyed many restaurants. The apartment is charming and so nicely decorated. We loved the back patio too!

Barbara’s Airbnb is as described. Very easy to find and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very easy to get to local restaurants and other points of interest in Bristol. Barbara is a friendly, responsive host.

You have found the best option on AirBnB for a peaceful and relaxing stay by the Narragansett Bay! Bethany's home is spacious, gorgeous, and located in an excellent area for families, couples, and longer-term stays. The main bedroom is large and beautifully decorated. The remaining space includes a small studio with a desk, bathroom, a dining room with table and chairs, a sitting room with multiple sofas and a bed, a large and very well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely (enormous!) sunroom. These were more than enough space for the five of us, though two did sleep on the sofas. This spot is located conveniently between Newport, Providence, and Fall River, providing access to each city in easy driving distance and the chance to skip some traffic. Local restaurants are somewhat few, but liquor and grocery are very nearby. Bethany herself is a lovely and charming woman with a wealth of knowledge on the local area, a globetrotting past, and an eye for design and decor. We intend to return!

Laura‘s apartment is so cute and has a great location. We used it for local restaurants and activities but also it was a quick drive to Newport. It would be a quick drive to Providence. Lots of common space in the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Slept 4 of us easily. On street parking worked great for all our cars. Is within walking distance of Bristol’s shops and restaurants, but the street was quiet. She was a great communicator and lots of helpful tips for us along with some snacks!

We loved our stay at Kathryn’s! The apartment was spacious and clean - perfect for our group of 4! We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and shops and exploring the area! The host was communicative and the space was just as described! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rhode Island!

Walking distance to all thats listed above, the cutest local park and the waterfront. Neil “one upped” our stay with his attentiveness, such a kind and thoughtful host The space itself is creative and full of playful art. Cant recommend it enough, ill be back :)

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a delightful, quiet, and comfortable spot. We enjoyed our visit. It was nice to come to RI to visit family and find such a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this location!

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

Maria’s place was perfect for our son’s college graduation trip. The location was perfect and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Every room was charmingly decorated, you can tell Maria puts real care into the details. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Quaint little house close to Providence and Newport. Andres was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We loved staying here! The location was great. We loved the snacks and drinks upon arrival. My kids didn’t want to leave the beautiful backyard. So many amenities and extra touches, like a stool by the sink and toys for the kids to play with. And the host was super responsive, even ordering a travel crib after I asked about one. It was perfect for our little trip. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

The house was great and we enjoyed our time in Rhode Island. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen and living area were super nice. Nice location as well with being 40 minutes from Newport and also being a short walk away from Barrington Beach. I would recommend staying here on a trip to Rhode Island.

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

This place was fabulous! It was quaint, clean, and a perfect location for accessibility to all events during Brown University’s graduation. We enjoyed the lovely patio as well!

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

This was a Girls' Weekend. My daughters, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We had a fantastic time. The place was perfect. Very comfortable. An excellent location. We would go back in a heart beat.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!
