It consists of a 140 x 200 sofa bed with a comfortable mattress and has a bathroom with a small shower. Sheets and towels are provided. During a tourist stay or a business trip, pack your bags in this townhouse. Completely restored and equipped, close to the A75, it is ideally located to find peace and quiet. 10 min from Issoire, 40 min from Clermont-Ferrand, 30 min from Saint-Flour. The village has 2 bakeries (one 300 meters from the house), a commercial area (bar-restaurant, butcher and supermarket) and a pharmacy. Looking forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is very cool in the summer, very pleasant with the temperatures climbing. If you're traveling by bike, no worries about parking. Relax in this countryside home. Located at the end of the driveway in a peaceful subdivision. Chalet in the heart of nature, it is part of our property but it is independent. Check-in time can be flexible if needed. We have a dog but possibility of separating the common outdoor space, so that there is no contact with him if you are afraid of animals.
