Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brighton

Extremely clean unit/space. Bathroom was clean with a very hot shower with soft water. Only 1 bedroom with a queen size bed that was very comfortable. Other bed was a pull-out full size sofa with provided clean linens. Quick access to interstates, stores, restaurants, shopping. Approximately 30 min to Park City, 20 min to SLC airport, and 25 min to Lehi. Very quiet neighborhood. Host does stay in unit above and we only heard them on our last day and it was non bothersome then. Spotless kitchen. Enough space for 2-3 people. Feel like 4 people would be cramped. Big TVs and kept cooled during the summer despite the thermostat being controlled by the main unit. Easy coming and going from the unit at anytime of the day/night. Would absolutely, 10000% stay here again with 2 people. Didn't need to contact Tiffany for anything but she made herself available if we did.

Swanky2 is the perfect place to truly hide away. Kim is super nice. My only regret is not having time to meet her. This area is nice, safe, lots of shopping, plenty to do & within a short distance of so much more. We enjoyed our time at Swanky2 and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We did get to share our stay with scute mama raccoon & her babies. The babies made the cutest sounds. Kim was always checking to make sure they weren’t bothering us. My daughter was ready to take them home. Kim was wonderful & perhaps we’ll meet at some point. We hope you enjoy your stay with the giraffes as much as we did.

This was an awesome stay. I stayed for my wedding, to get ready before and after. It was close to my venue which was 8 minutes away up the canyon. It was beautiful up there. The place was provate and clean. And there was plenty of entertainment for groomsmen and bridesmaid to do while helping us get ready. Lindsay was very accommodating and didn't mind we had a few extra people during the day. Also she was very sweet and gifted me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a wedding gift. 100% would recommend!

5 stars – A Perfect Stay in Cottonwood Heights! We had a wonderful stay at this property in Cottonwood Heights. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and the stunning mountain scenery. The host was communicative, thoughtful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and simple. It really felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel welcoming. Whether you're in town for skiing, hiking, or just visiting family and friends, this is an ideal place to stay. We'd love to come back again soon!

Probably the best Airbnb we stayed at so far! Landlord’s family is upstairs and is super sweet. You can tell there’s love and thoughtfulness when decorating the place. High quality appliances and comfortable bed and furniture. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space and love with us! ❤️

Can only echo all the 5* reviews. What a lucky find for us and sorry we only stayed one night and didn’t get more time in this fabulous house. The most high spec AirBNB we’ve ever had but still super comfy, spotless and homely. GREAT shower. Thanks for hosting us.

This is my second time at Mandy's. Both times we came for a gymnastics meet. I like to cook our own food, have quiet at night, and good outdoors. I think the most wonderful thing is that about 400 yards up the road (towards the dead end) is a beautiful park. You can walk around, sit and read, do the exercise stations, have a picnic. (We did all those things). Also, it is close to lots in Sandy. It is under the house, so sometimes you hear them walking around. Also, it has a low roof, so if you are 6'5", this might not be the place for you (that is what my husband said). For me and my daughter (5'4" and 5'5") - it is wonderful. Very cozy, beautiful, quiet, lots of space.

We loved our stay and would book again. We didn't come to ski and despite the location being up in the heights, we felt the drive time to many restaurants and shopping was totally doable and appreciated the peaceful, quiet retreat at the end of the day. The hot tub was a huge treat and we enjoyed watching a movie on the large projector screen. The host was very communicative and had left thoughtful instructions including easy-to-read labels throughout the place so we never struggled to figure anything out. Extra bedding, linens, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even a little welcome basket were so appreciated. I wish more short term rental places were like this! Seriously, the host should write an e-book on putting together the ideal Airbnb for guests.

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

This place is tucked quietly at the base of mountains, very beautiful and scenic. This place is perfect for a couple/small family who love the great outdoors, the amenities boast ski rentals if you visit in the winter. If traveling in the summer you can find plenty of mountain biking trails with rentals on almost every corner. There are unique restaurants within walking distance.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Nice apartment. About a mile from downtown. Not a bad walk but a few sketchy spots at night. Apartment was nice and as advertised.

Great place especially if you like pickleball! Had a blast with the chickens too along with the friendly family dog😁 (I'm a huge dog person so I loved having their dog help me with missing my fur babies!)

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

Great stay! I brought my dog and she loved the yard to play with Winston and Sally. Great apartment unit. 10/10 would recommend the place.

We had a lovely stay here. The space was clean and location was perfect. Parking on site was simple, with included parking pass. Check-in was simple, though it took a few minutes to find where the front desk is located - it may help others to know that you're looking for the main entry for The Prospector. Susan was communicative and very quick to respond when we had a question.

Russ's studio was absolutely perfect. Located within all the activities of Park City and many things to do. It was quaint and perfect for a little getaway.

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

Carlos was such an accommodating host and we appreciated him so much. The place was so cute and cozy and was just right for what we needed.

Superhost does not begin to describe how helpful Paul was. He was the single most helpful Airbnb host I have ever had, extremely responsive, proactive, and with great restaurant recommendations upon request. The location is perfect for skiing with ski valet bringing your skis right to the gondola and free lockers for all ski gear so you don’t have to store anything inside the room. Free shuttle service from the hotel to anywhere in Park City is basically a free Uber so we didn’t need to think about getting a rental car. This is true ski in, ski out where you don’t have to walk more than 500ft in boots. Starbucks is available in the building, and amenities (including steam room shower) are amazing. 10/10 would stay here again and can’t wait for the opportunity to come back again.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future. Chris is a 5 star host!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, the amenities were wonderful, and Bryan was super responsive and very kind. We would definitely come back again and again!
