Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brighton

Rachel’s place was serene. Wonderful area and home. Welcome touches were so nice, i.e. cookies and snacks. Home was well stocked with clear instructions. We visited with family in the area on other side of the cove so location was great. The view of the cove through the trees with the fall colors was beautiful. There is a deposit and charge to use washer and dryer which we have not come across before with other Airbnb’s. But since we were only two nights did not need it. Having said that our time at Rachel’s place was excellent, enjoyable and peaceful.

I loved my stay at the Zen. Dana and MD are the friendliest hosts I’ve ever met:) They communicated with me throughout my stay and always responded quickly. They really went above and beyond by having essentials throughout the Airbnb! Everything was super clean, peaceful, and quiet. Not to mention how amazing I slept in the bed with those pillows! I also enjoyed how there were bus routes very close to the place. Ash was always there to greet me and I loved giving her pets. 10/10 stay, I highly recommend and will be returning to whenever I’m in Rochester again. Thanks Dana and MD! :)

Leah is an incredibly hospitable host! She welcomed me at the front door and made staying at her place such a refreshing experience. Her and her husband are pros at giving you all the space you need and also being warm and providing a welcoming atmosphere -- I mean, breakfast in the mornings & a sweet doggo?? Not to mention a beautiful neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. Absolutely incredible & just what I needed on a solo trip. 💛

Great hosts! The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the extras, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the suite. Location was perfect for a family event in Webster. Easy to find. Jim was easy to contact and replied promptly. Checked to as if I needed anything. I enjoyed breakfast with the hosts. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Cassandra's place. it runs as a daycare, so there are plenty of toys for young children as well as small tables and chairs, perfect for our 3 & 5 year old. It's a short drive to the Strong Museum of Play. The queen bed was comfortable and the kids had no complaints about the twin beds. We did notice the lack of metal cutlery (all plastic) and the Internet was a bit slow, but Cassandra is actively working on improving those. Streaming movies was smooth, downloading movies took a a bit longer. Check-in was easy with the door pad and Cassandra was very responsive. We checked in on a Friday afternoon and left on a Sunday, so we had the entire home to ourselves. As noted in the description, there are cameras in the kitchen, play room, and living room. Thank you for the great stay! We would be happy to stay again.

The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay super comfortable. Gichard was great with communication - he provided clear instructions and kept me updated with anything I needed to know. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.

Great place to stay! My husband and I were in town for night and Leann’s place was exactly what we needed. Room was simple but spacious. The bathroom was clean and breakfast was fabulous!! Leann and her husband made breakfast and it was delicious.

We had another wonderful stay at this apartment. Mary is always responsive to any questions or concerns. When available this is our first choice to stay whenever we come to the Rochester area. Thanks again Mary

This was our second stay at Salma's house, so we felt even more at home. It's in my old neighborhood before I moved to CA -- a great location to take in the peaceful street, stately homes, and cool places to eat. Salma was super responsive to my need for fragrance-free linens. I love the front porch for morning tea. Such a beautiful and comfortable house. Salma also provides the little touches that make it special. Thanks again, Salma!

Rebecca was warm and welcoming. Her place was lovely. She made delicious muffins, and there were many snacks. Rebecca had a shelf in the fridge stocked with a variety of items for guests. My stay was peaceful!

I was in the area for business and this place worked out perfect for location—close to where I was going and ideal for restaurants. Just a block or so from fine dining and brewpubs. If I am in the area again I would stay for sure. Thanks for having me.

Such a great and super friendly host! Helped me with all my inquiries around/about the area. The place was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. I liked that I had my private parking spot and I really loved the location, this neiborhood looks fancy and very nice. I took a walk during the night and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is near by a lot of attractions, I just walked around and didn't even need to drive. I recommend this place and would love to come in the future!

An ideal place for a solo traveler. Super cute & cozy inside, it had everything I needed. Will definitely be staying again. The hosts are super responsive & flexible.

Just like someone else said - if you’re thinking of booking a room here- JUST DO IT!! My husband and I had such a wonderful stay. Elaine and Doug are the most warm, hospitable people and their B&B is beyond cozy. Having fresh morning coffee on the porch in rocking chairs was the breath of fresh air we needed!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, down to the last drop of orange juice. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but will absolutely stay again if we’re in the area.

The location was convenient to the venue we attended. Rachel is very accommodating and quick to communicate. We had everything we needed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The food was amazing and the location was perfect for walking to downtown Canandaigua.

Linda's place looked very nice and the location was convenient for me. It wasn't until I pulled up to the home, that I realized that I had stayed there before nine years ago. Linda didn't realize I had stayed there before when I booked the place. It was great as it was before. I was able to come and go as I please and had my own bedroom and bathroom. Everything I needed was there. Linda allowed me to use her computer a few times for work I had to do which meant I didn't have to lug around my laptop. She put out breakfast every morning and I had nice conversations with Linda and her husband. I plan on making more frequent visits to the area to see family and I will always check to see if Linda's place is available. Wonderful host and great place to stay.

Margaret was great! This house was beautiful and she made us breakfast and was so accommodating. We had 13 people stay at her house and we messaged and asked her if that was okay before we booked and she said yes and was so great about everything. Loved the house and her hospitality.

Beautiful, historic house. Quiet and peaceful but still less than a 1/2 mile walk to SUNY Geneseo campus and restaurants and shops.

We loved everything about the Brick Inn: the beautiful house and gardens, our room, and the fabulous breakfasts! Chic and Dwight were such gracious hosts offering help with directions, things to do and restaurant recommendations. We look forward to returning to The Brick Inn.
