Beachfront vacation rentals in Brighton Beach

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

Great stay at David's for me and my family. Location is close to the beach and a good restaurant near there. Excellent communication from David. Would definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Had a wonderful weekend away from the city in Long Beach. Airbnb was in a quiet area close to the beach and easy to get to the LIRR & west end. Jenna was super kind and responsive. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and William was a great host. The views were amazing. The porch was my favorite part. I enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with my coffee. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of renting your beautiful house.

Sarina was super helpful, extremely nice and responsive. The place itself was very comfortable especially the room with the king bed. We brought my service dog and there was a lot of grass around the area to walk him comfortably. You are located on a main road and by two schools (elementary and middle school) so just be aware of the noise that is outside (which is very normal for New York). Lots of places to eat close by as well if you want to walk or drive. Best part was having a parking spot we can pull into after being outside all day. New York parking is always a hassle so this was absolutely perfect for our stay. Even the neighbors of the home were really nice. Would totally stay here again for our next trip to NY. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

This place is ok if your on a budget. The area is worth a million dollars but the motel was a motel. Although the staff and other people were very friendly. It felt very very safe there. Lots of kids for my kids to play with and a pool. Id coke back for the beach.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Every room was even better than expected: • The infrared sauna in the modern bathroom felt like a luxury spa experience. • The kitchen was sleek, bright, and fully equipped, perfect for quick meals or longer stays. • The bedroom, bathed in soft blue ambient lighting, created the most relaxing sleep environment I’ve had in a while. • The living area was stylish, cozy, and equipped with a large flatscreen TV—ideal for winding down. Anthony was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Whether you’re traveling for work, wellness, or a quiet getaway, this space delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be back.

Catherine's place was INCREDIBLE. We stayed for two nights, the space was immaculately clean when we arrived. Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had (which weren't many because she had us very well prepared with her great communication. Beach right across the road, ferry to the city a few blocks down. Such a peaceful spot - couldn't recommend more!

We loved our stay at Mischele’s. It was perfect for our little family. A cute and comfortable little coastal apartment and jumping off point for visits to NYC on the ferry. Most importantly we felt like we were staying at a place owned by a friend. Thanks Mischele!

We loved the Sea Level! Erica provided clear instructions and even assisted us with finding parking. Very tasteful space, perfect stay for a couple. Would happily stay again!

Alana was a wonderful and accommodating host. She was always available to answer our questions and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. We booked this Airbnb to celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday, she has special needs, and Alana went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, making our visit both comfortable and relaxing. The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-stocked. Alana thoughtfully provides plenty of essentials like paper products, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags. There were also more than enough towels and even plenty of beach items available for guest use. The location is excellent, just one block from the beach. In the mornings and evenings, we enjoyed beautiful views of the water and passing boats from both the backyard and front decks, making for perfect sunrise and sunset moments. Overall, this Airbnb is a peaceful, comfortable retreat with a kind and attentive host. We truly appreciated our stay and would highly recommended

The Loft at 196 is not only in a pristine location, but is hosted by two great and friendly people. Marisol greeted me as I first arrived and was very willing to help me get set in, if I required. I met Charles later and contacted him more than once about recommendations. After discovering I had an interest in mountain biking, he did not only recommend a place nearby, but provided me the bike and all the required gear to do so. He contacted restaurants nearby on my behalf and gave me updates about local events. There was no pressure to go to things I didn't care for, but all the opportunity to do so. Opportunity that I would not have had on my own. Lastly, the beach was amazing. I grew up going to the forearm of Cape Cod where we would always have strong waves and good sandbars at low tide. I found both of these again at Sea Bright. The only difference was that at The Loft, I was less than a minute away from the beach whenever I felt like going. Thank you again, Charlie and Marisol.

Prince was a wonderful host..everything was just as listed in a peaceful and private location. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway.
