The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.

You can rent the whole house with 6 double rooms (each room has its own attached bathroom) and so be all to yourself. In the living room with a fireplace and large dining table, you have space to come together and enjoy time together. We offer wine tastings of our organically produced wines. In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Welcome to our cozy apartment at Mosel kilometer 105 in the Art Nouveau city of Traben-Trarbach. The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached house. It has a separate entrance via an external staircase as well as a private roof terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning or end the day relaxed with a glass of wine. Quiet and close to the Moselle, you can reach the train station, gastronomy and shopping on foot.

Our Pferdeweide location is in close proximity to a farm – quiet and very close to nature. From the large panoramic window and from the terrace you can look directly at the adjacent pasture, where you can watch the horses grazing, playing or dozing. A place to come down, observe and breathe deeply.
