Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is approximately one hour away. Quality Restaurant in the Village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It is a very simple but well-equipped accommodation.

This cottage, dating from the 18th century, has a kitchen, a living-dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms upstairs as well as a shower room and separate toilet. Tastefully decorated while preserving the historic mill's bearings, this warm place is ideal for relaxing and socializing. The Moulin Etourneau has 3 adjoining cottages. Our cottages are not suitable for hosting large parties (e.g. bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, etc.). Bed linen and towels are provided, the beds will be made for your arrival.

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by Cognac vineyards. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
