Jessy place is amazing! The outside area was out of this world. I loved that the pool was 6ft deep! I have no complaints. The only thing that "annoyed" me a little was the back door alarm. You'll have to remember to shut it off before you walk out or it will go off. (There are sign up to help you remember, but still). Id stay here again without a doubt though. You really can just relax all day in the backyard.

This home was absolutely amazing. We planned to go a lot of places, but this air bnb has everything you need. Took my husband as a surprise gift for Father’s Day. He really enjoyed himself. We will definitely be back. Thanks Romy!!!!

We stayed at Rocio’s place to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience. Her home was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Rocio was super accommodating and very responsive from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. One of the highlights for our family was having a TV in every room, which made relaxing easy for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed, making it feel just like home. Traveling with babies can be tricky, but Rocio went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to make their stay more comfortable, which we deeply appreciated. If you're looking for a great place to stay in the Hallandale or Aventura area, don’t hesitate to book Rocio’s home. It’s absolutely worth it!

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

This house is simply amazing with a beautiful and huge backyard with so much to do! We had a high school graduation party for my son and everyone had a great time! The house was spotless clean, smelled really good and we felt right at home. Very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a fantastic stay at Sabrina’s beautiful home! From the moment I booked, Sabrina’s communication was clear, prompt, and thoughtful—she made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described (if not better). It had all the amenities I needed and felt like a true home away from home. Sabrina’s attention to detail and warm hospitality really made the experience special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Great value for the price. We recently stayed here with our family and overall had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was clean — the bathroom, toilet, and rooms were all tidy and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach. The complex also offers a lot to enjoy: a large swimming pool and a nice barbecue area. That said, a few things could use some attention. Some of the kitchen cabinets didn’t work properly and may need minor repairs. The furniture on the balcony also requires attention — the table legs were coming off, and in general, the condition of the balcony furniture could be improved. While these issues didn’t ruin our stay, a bit of maintenance would definitely make a big difference. Overall, this is a great place to stay with good amenities and a fantastic location. Just a bit of care in the kitchen and on the balcony would make it even better.

Loved this place! We stay at these condos every year and Effrain’s place was our favorite. Very clean, nice view, easily accessible to the beach. Very great host, communicated quickly. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

Our stay at the 2-bedroom apartment on Bal Island was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment itself was a delightful surprise, with a living room much more spacious than anticipated, offering ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The bedrooms provided comfortable and peaceful retreats, ensuring restful nights. However, the highlight of our stay had to be the balcony. Overlooking the pristine Indian Creek Golf Course, the view was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The changing colors of the sky, coupled with the serene landscape, made for unforgettable evenings spent in the comfort of our temporary home. The neighborhood's excellence cannot be overstated; friendly, welcoming, and boasting a variety of amenities, it contributed significantly to our overall experience. This apartment is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Bal Island. We couldn't recommend it more highly !!!

This property is ideal, located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and close to shopping malls and a supermarket. Mirian is an excellent host, very attentive and always available.

So we stayed for the Canadian March break, the place was nice. Perfect for my wife, three children and I. It had water behind us and even though it could have used a little maintenance it was still accessible and my kids and I were able to fish the water. The property attached to the home was rented for 4 out of the 8 days we stayed, it was private other than the covered sitting area that only had a screen and no privacy, it wasn’t to bad because the people staying there were friendly and kept to them selves for the most part. The inside was what we needed and resembled a cottage style home with all the amenities you would need to have meals. The bedrooms were also great and the home has air conditioning. The proximity to interstate 95 is close and all though that is convenient getting there it could be a little nosier then what I prefer but to be honest by the 3rd day I got used to it and was not a issue. The neighbourhood is ok, there is no HOA in this area. Beach 20 min away
