Vacation rentals with a kayak in Brewster

This house is privately set in a quiet neighborhood. Grays Beach boardwalk is at the end of the road and very walkable. The location is so convenient to shopping places, historic houses, and an easy drive to the NPS beaches. The beds are comfortable and the house is well supplied.

Had a wonderful time, location was perfect and the house was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the sunroom.

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

We rented Tom’s house for a month and throughout that time Tom was super responsive and helpful. The home is in a quiet centrally located area with amazing beaches, shopping and access to both highways and backroads nearby. As a bonus the bike paths of Dennis and the rail trail are a cinch to get to. We loved our quick drives or rides over to multiple beautiful beaches for our nightly sunsets.

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my wife had never been to the cape and we both turned 60 so we wanted to do something we have never did before. We decided to give Cape Cod a try. i went with very low expectations . Boy was i wrong. We had no idea if Chatham was the right place to stay or not. We randomly picked this house and we are so happy we did. it was is in a nice location close to the beaches and also close to the restaurants and shopping. What a great way to celebrate our 60th birthdays. i’m d reccomend this house to anyone looking for a great location with hosts who are easy to get a hold of and a very clean well kept place. We had a wonderful time at the lake house. So very relaxing and peaceful. The view from the deck was so beautiful. Lisa was a great communicator as well. The house location is great because it's so close to the Ferry if you'd like to head to Martha's Vineyard for the day and close to some great little restaurants and shops in town.

Our stay at Kevin’s cottage was nothing short of amazing! He had everything we needed to make our stay the best, even things you wouldn’t think an Airbnb would have which was sooo helpful! Very clean, the location was in the middle of all the things we wanted to do while at the cape, and just overall a cute little cottage. Loved the outside shower as well!! Kevin was also so helpful with everything and a great host. Couldn’t recommend enough! We’ll be back!

Great stay in Truro with friends for a girl weekend. The cottage is clean, cute and had the basic necessities for a weekend. The location can’t be beat being right on the beach and we loved it! We had 4 people in the cottage and it is quite tight. The two full beds are up against walls so while you can sleep 2, you’d need to climb over the other to get out. Getting ready was challenging with the mirrors in very tight quarters in the bathroom and bedroom and not a lot of room to put your things. The sofa in the living room was really comfy and nice to wake up to views. Overall, great spot and stay but would likely opt for a hotel in the future to get more value for what we paid in terms of space and overall comfort. We did know the cottage was small going in so no regrets there.

This place was absolutely amazing! Nice and private but conveniently located. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities you need. Close to the beach and all the best spots in Brewster. My son’s favorite part was Basil the dog, who would come greet us as we hiked the expansive property. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!
