Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

One night booked to take a simple break on the way. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented a lot of apartments, I've rarely seen this, especially in this budget. Plus, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. The parking space is right in front of the apartment, which allows you to settle in very quickly. Thanks again, and see you soon!

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea views. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber bbq available. Our concierge Laurence was very responsive, they made our stay easier. We had a great time despite the unpredictable weather at the end of April. Julie's house is fantastic. Really nice decor, and remarkable cleanliness in all the rooms and especially in the kitchen. When the sun finally made an appearance, we were able to enjoy the poolside terrace for lunch, a treat. We absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back.

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean with everything you need available. Very good communication with Marie-Claude, and very well hosted by Sylvie on site, very smiling and pleasant! The plus with private parking is really ideal On foot, in 15 minutes, you can easily get to the beach and the city center. The port is a little further away at 25 min! I would 100% recommend this listing 😊

Guaranteed "ouaouh" effect qd vs discover the superb view of the beach and the embankment from this very beautiful apartment! Everything is there for a wonderful stay, the apartment is in addition one minute from the shopping streets and the pretty Penotte Island district (and 10 minutes' walk from the train station). You can access it either by a fairly steep staircase, or by a load lift that arrives directly from the apartment, the class! A little extra: a huge ultra comfortable rotating chair... The owner has booked a good welcome and was very accommodating for schedules. Anyway, we'll be back! 🙂
