Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea views. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber bbq available. Our concierge Laurence was very responsive, they made our stay easier. We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

Spacious and beautiful apartment, close to the beach. We had expected a little more from the town but had a wonderful holiday. There is also plenty to do in the area.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

Property in a good location and very well-equipped. Great for the group with kids we were. The hosting and communication was very good. You can book without a second thought.

We had a wonderful Pentecost weekend at Villa Isis Atlantique in Portes-en-Ré. The setting is simply idyllic: the house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends. The garden, the bowling alley, the half basketball court, the pool table and the swimming pool add a touch of serenity and luxury that invites you to relax. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the center of the village, while enjoying absolute calm. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and availability. We're leaving with memories in our heads… We'll be happy to come back!

Beautiful house close to Port Joinville but far enough away to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great time.

We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.
