In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
