Your quiet location will delight you, surrounded by greenery with many sports opportunities in nature. By car or train you only need 20 minutes to the center of Ingolstadt, in less than 1 hour you can reach the most attractive Bavarian cities such as Munich, Nuremberg or Regensburg. Bus stop, train station or supermarket are in a few minutes walking distance.

In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
