Russet Suite, located on the ground floor of The Apple Barn, features an open-plan design that combines a kitchen, dining and lounge area. It includes a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds if required. The en-suite bathroom is a fully accessible wetroom with LED lit mirror. Welcome to our cosy glamorous shepherd’s hut, set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

The Granary

The Granary - Sleeps 4+ infants Comes as open living space with separate downstairs WC and dining table. While upstairs there are 2 beautiful bedrooms overlooking our pond with its wildlife. One bedroom has two singles and a balcony the other has a kingsize. In-between these rooms is a family bathroom with shower bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also an enclosed decking area to the front with outside dinning table and chairs including BBQ.

Private annex for two people with own entrance door leading to Private Double Bedroom, Private Kitchen/Dining Room and Private Bath/Shower Room. Situated in a quiet residential area with off road parking. 20 minutes walk to the pretty town center of Woodbridge with its individual shops, cinema, swimming pool and the beautiful River Deben. Woodbridge Train Station has a taxi rank, 5 minutes by Taxi or a 20 minute walk from us.
