Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brant

Our family spent 8 nights at Rayannas place while we were visiting family in there area. Her place was spotless, easy to find, it was close to where we needed to be and the house was nice and big for our family. Rayanna was easy to communicate with and we had no issues with the place at all. We will be definitely staying here again when we are in town to visit family. Can't say enough about the place and Rayanna for being a great host.

The place is amazing out in the country peaceful clean the hostess Christine and Doug were very helpful friendly always there when u need anything we got along very well and l surely will go back again soon hopefully many times. Thanks to Christine and Doug xoxo

Nicole is a very friendly host. My son had a tournament nearby , and she kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late — we’re truly grateful! The house was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and our dog had a great time playing in the backyard. Thanks!

My family absolutely loved Paul’s place. Clean, modern, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The accommodation met and exceeded our expectations. It has to be the best ABNB accommodation we have stayed in. Communication with Paul was professional yet friendly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul’s Rivertrail house.

Mike was an amazing host! The place was very clean, highly recommend if you are someone who has allergies to dust and/or prefers a really clean place! Mike was an amazing host he is very understanding and accommodating!

Very happy with our stay at Cory's listing. The house was exactly as described. Lots of extra linens and nice warm blankets. The king size bed was very comfortable which was a nice change from most stays we have had elsewhere. Lots of Kcups for morning coffee, usually hosts only leave out 4-6, that was much appreciated. We love our coffee. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our two nights. Good thing there was extra peanut butter in the cupboard, totally forgot to pack some. Thanks again Cory would definitely book again.

This cozy studio was the perfect get away for us. We felt relaxed, at ease and comfortable. Milena is a gracious host, the home is stunning, welcoming and it was very well stocked with everything we needed, just like home. It was the perfect location for us to hike the waterfall trails, experience the Botanical gardens and visit with family and friends in Hamilton and Burlington. Will certainly book again for future vacations.

Lana’s cottage is perfect walking distance from the beach and along the walk you can explore all the shops that line the street. The decor was really well done and provided a home away from home feel and the fully stocked kitchen including coffee and spices was convenient for cooking. The host was very helpful offering clear instructions and flexibility for check in and check and was gracious enough to assure us that if we needed anything during our stay she was nearby and happy to help!

This place was ideal and exactly as described. Close to amenities and served our purpose wonderfully. A great place for a family of 4 or less. Host was extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. We had left an item behind and she was quick to contact jus and advise before we got too far. Highly recommend and will look to book again should we be in the area in the future.

My parents had a cozy stay at Brigitte’s house for one week. The place is very clean, and the host is very helpful! There are groceries nearby.

A basic, but good stay. Sam's place provides everything needed for a comfortable night away, and his communication was above and beyond. Very quick, friendly responses. I do see what other reviewers mean when they say the space around the toilet is quite tight - The door almost touches your knees when sitting down - But for a short stay it wasn't a problem. My only suggestion would be to get some black out curtains for the bedroom, and maybe a curtain that could pull across to separate the bedroom from kitchen area to allow a darker space for sleeping when the morning sun comes out. Overall, my husband and I would happily stay again for a night away. Thanks, Sam!

Just beautiful. Reading reviews prior to booking, all of the comments come true. Next to trains, sure! Barely heard them. Neighborhood was quiet. Not pretty on the outside? It’s not bad at all. Lovely little side street, super quiet. The skylights make the bedroom super bright but doesn’t wake you up at 5/6 am and at night you can lie in bed and see the stars. Something surprising the other reviews didn’t mention was the bay window with a huge carpeted base and soft fluffy cushions. My favourite thing about here. I was so mad I didn’t bring a book.! The art which has been mentioned is super cool too. We met the parents who were lovely and Logan himself was always quick with an answer to any questions. One thing to mention, no microwave…by no means a big issue but just in case you’re a reheater it’s stove and toaster oven. Laundry inside a bonus too! We loved it to the point of asking if he would consider renting! I would definitely book here again in a heartbeat . Thank you Logan ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard pool was absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for a small get-together with friends for the UFC event. Everything was just as described, and our kids enjoyed every minute in the pool. We also brought a few lawn games which made it even more fun for everyone. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth — even while they were welcoming their own child into the world on the same day we checked in! That level of care and hospitality truly stood out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

Susan’s place exceeded expectations. The photos of the home are beautiful but once you are inside you can truly appreciate the historical beauty. It is walking distance to downtown. There is an amazing restaurant Scozias across the street. Very generous portions and delicious food. Susan has thought of everything you could need for a stay. It was nice to see the attention to the little details. The house has lots of stairs up and down but this just adds to the character of the home. Thank you Susan

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a short stay. One of the highlights was the location – close to public transit, local restaurants, and grocery stores, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It felt like a home away from home. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a guidebook with local recommendations, and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Would stay again! Loved having a cafe (so yummy!) in the building, walked to plays and delicious food and plentiful shopping. Ample parking and loved having a parking pass. Bed was comfy too. Login with your own accounts for the tv. Beautiful lobby of the condo building! Thanks for the stay!

Me and my family had a great time at Faran's place. The place is great and Faran is very responsive. I hadn't read all of the instructions carefully before and only saw belatedly that there were instructions on how to get into the parking garage that required us to send them my licence plate. Faran responded immediately to my belatedly sent request. The place itself was perfect for our stay. The place itself is very light and has a great view. The furniture is pretty, the kitchen is clean and looks great, and has everything one needs. The place is a good combination of cozy and fancy. My family was impressed. :) The two bathrooms were very helpful. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We really had everything we needed. My mom also commented positively on the AC and being able to control it easily, as she's not used to ACs. As this was a family vacation, we also really appreciated the privacy of the place. Getting in was really easy. Can recommend this place wholeheartedly!

We must say that David's place was a steal. Yes, it is a studio but the way it's decorated and every detail is so thoughtfully crafted such as the sizing of the couch, to the little extra things that people may forget for toiletries. We were so happy that we picked this spot for overnight stay before some hospital appointments. The bed is so comfortable. It's not a huge space which makes it easier to keep in order with closets big enough that they will hold all your things - just remember to bring extra clothes hangers. The enclosed balcony is a nice touch as well, and it's clear David's cleaner do pay attention to the little details. We hope to be back one day and that we will be welcomed! It's a quiet building with respectful people and is fairly quiet until the GO starts running which is to be expected.
