L'alloggio è una casa singola in mezzo alla tranquillità del bosco; ha tutto l'occorrente che serve per sentirsi a casa: stoviglie, asciugamani, caffè ecc.. con stanze ampie e un bel soggiorno che ha come chicca un bel camino. Inoltre si ha la possibilità di usufruire di molti servizi come la palestra, barbecue, MTB e attrezzatura per il trekking. I proprietari ci hanno dato molti consigli su cosa vedere, sui vari percorsi/sentieri e anche dove poter mangiare. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 per lavoro, ma grazie alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di Claudio e Gaia (e della piccola Birba) l'esperienza ha avuto anche il sapore di una piccola vacanza. Super consigliato.

Il fiore all’occhiello dell’alloggio sta nella vista incantevole che offre, unica come poche nella zona. Il monolocale è provvisto di una cucina in ottimo stato e provvista del necessario, microonde, macchina caffe lavazza con cialde, comodo divano letto, tv con servizi. Molto pulito con un buon livello di confort generale. Attenzione pero: il posto auto riservato si trova a livello della SS Aurelia. L’appartamento è invece sottoposto per diverse decine di metri di dislivello. Bisogna considerare che ci sarà d’affrontare una buona serie di scalini. La discesa in auto è possibile, ma la strada per dimensioni e tortuosità richiede particolare attenzione ed abilità. Giancarlo di suo è una persona affabile, comprensiva, disponibile come poche tra gli host che ho incontrato finora. Vi farà sentire a casa e coccolati. Sicuramente tornerò presto!

Ruggero's place is located in a peaceful, quiet area in the hills, just 3–5 minutes away by car from all the main services you’ll need during your stay: a supermarket, bakery, and a fresh fruit and vegetable shop. The house is even more beautiful in person and had everything we needed, from cookware to a coffee machine and a hair dryer. We visited in autumn, and the house was very warm thanks to the heater, so we didn’t have any issues with the cold. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back!

Pier Luigi und seine Familie sind sehr herzliche und freundliche und nette Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, das offene Appartment war sehr sauber und stimmig eingerichtet. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Region und waren absolut von der Landschaft und der Freundlichkeit der Menschen begeistert. Es hat für uns Alles gepasst, wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Zeit, es hat uns sehr gefreut Euch kennenzulernen! Liebe Grüße Volker und Gisela
