The neighborhood has no through traffic—ideal for walking or running. Nearby are shopping and eating establishments, Lakeland-Linder airport, Publix headquarters, and I-4 for travel to Tampa or Orlando.

Centrally located between Tampa and Orlando, close to the highway allowing you to be within reach to all the hot spots in the area . The freshly renovated interior combines the homey feel of a traditional cabin while maintaining a clean interior with modern Touches. The home is on a shared lot with the homeowners family in a Separate detached building.

We can't wait for you to enjoy our fully renovated, family friendly lake house. It's a happy home that provides a wonderful backdrop to any vacation. Centrally located to many Florida destinations- Legoland is only 7 miles away, Disney World is 35 miles away, and you are less than 50 miles from Tampa. The house is located on over an acre of lakefront property. The lake has a public boat launch if your family enjoys water sports or fishing or use the kayaks we provide on site!

The Stilt House by Strawberry Fields!

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
