Janine was nice, friendly and always just a message away from answering any questions :-) I saw other reviews saying the pictures/listing does not do it justice and it’s sooooo true! This place is massive, comfortable, clean and has everything you need PLUS more. Bbq by the pool, laying in a hammock on a sunny summer day is the definition of summer. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be right down the street from the beach (literally 8 mins away, Publix 4 mins) and yet still come back to your Airbnb to cool off in the pool. Thank you again for all you did! We will be back 🫶🏼

Such a perfect house for our family. So many activities to keep the kids busy and out of the house! We spent many hours at the beach right down the street! The house set up was perfect for our large family! The house had everything we needed! Very clean and organized, we have no complaints. Will be definitely going back!

AMAZING STAY FAMILY AND I WILL RETURN!

For our annual mother and daughter vacation my daughter picked out Cristina’s home because she loved the house, decor and layout and mostly the yard. The house is better than described. The little small touches added to the house make it even better the house has all you need for a great relaxing vacation. I thought I would hate driving to the beach but I didn’t it is so close and easier to carry your stuff. I ended up looking forward to the drive. Everything you need is close by and we really felt at home. Cristina is a great host, she does all she can to accommodate you and is so quick to respond and ease your mind with any question or concerns you may have. My daughter said “if I ever come back here, I am only renting from Cristina”. Thank you Cristina for the house with the great memories.

The house was right fit for our group. Clean, beautiful surroundings, we had everything we needed. The pool was a blast, iguanas and mangoes on back yard gave us wow effect, felt like in jungles. We came from Maryland and it was like heaven to us.

This place is fabulous. It was immaculate so clean so tidy it had everything that we wanted in it. The pool was wonderful. House is very spacious. I would recommend this to anybody coming down to Delray 10 minutes from Atlanta Avenue and the beach.

Great house with plenty of space! We really enjoyed it and plan to be back. Some notes— there is mold on the outdoor seating, and the outside lights were super bright and we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off which negatively impacted the kiddos’ sleep. (Hindsight- we should have just asked about this bc the host is super responsive!) The A/C works better in the lower level than the upper level. Pool was great!!!! We were upset that we couldn’t swim for 4 hours on the day the pool cleaning guy came because of chemicals. It interrupted our swim time. Plenty of pool and beach toys provided for the kids, but some were broken.

So my sister and her 2 kiddos along with me and my 2 kiddos stayed here 5 days. That’s 2 teenagers and 2 elementary age kids with 2 moms that are always on duty 😆 This place was perfect for us as we came here to soak up family. We fixed many meals here, hung pool side, appreciated the hot tub, and created wonderful memories. Every time an issue or a question arose (as they do with any place), Aron was quick to respond and help out in any way. This is a place I would definitely rent again for future stays. Our little family really enjoyed our stay, Bri and Andy were wonderful and very responsive. The location is tucked away and quiet and the backyard was like a little oasis. The separate cabana was exactly what we needed and when we had issues with the pool, it was addressed and fixed within an hour! Will be staying again very soon!

This was my second time staying at Manatee Manors with my pups and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time! The home and backyard are so beautiful, peaceful and comfortable that it feels like home away from home. (The new hot tub was a great addition!) Chandler and Catherinne are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts; they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need for a wonderful time at home, or exploring the area, and are always quick to answer any questions and make sure you have a great stay. I highly recommend their home for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area. It’s the perfect place! I look forward to returning! Thank you for everything!

The residence was awesome, my grandkids loved the mini golf and the pool. The back yard was amazing. Great job 👏

We really enjoyed this home. Our favorite part of the stay was that the pool was always clean and beautiful. This is important to us and really made our vacation great to be able to spend so much time outside! Harry and team were very proactive & responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is quite a bit close by. It was a longer drive to Mizner Park and Downtown Boca than what we expected but just planned accordingly. It is very close to Boca Town Center. Two pets were allowed and our pups really had a wonderful time! We would stay here again! By far the nicest pool experience we have had and one of the top hosts!

My wife and I had a great time during our honeymoon. We enjoyed the fun places to eat, the stores to explore nearby and all the fun things to do in the area. Loved the hot tub, pool and beach life!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Delray Beach. The vibe and aesthetic of the space were absolutely perfect—stylish, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a definite highlight, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout. Great stay at Sofia’s place! Huge fenced in yard for enjoyment and a great space for dogs and kids! House was very clean and spacious and Sofia was a wonderful host!

Our stay at Koi House was great. We were there as a family to attend the Battle of Boca with my grandson. The house was very spacious and everyone had their own space. It was close to the grocery store and resturants. The younger kids loved the piano and pool table was a hit with everyone. We would love to stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was impeccably well-kept and spotlessly clean, which we truly appreciated. It felt incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our time. We had such a fantastic experience and can't wait to book this place again on our next trip!

An incredibly beautiful home, comfortable bedding, mood lighting, big open kitchen and living room, a perfectly private and peaceful backyard and pool area made for such a lovely stay! I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need- coffee pot, keurig, toaster, all the baking sheets, pots, pans, cutlery, tins of dishes, plates, and coffee mugs, we had everything we needed! Loved that the fridge had filtered water and ice and was just so comfortable the whole time! Beverly was super responsive and went out of her way to recommend some local activities and places which was such a nice touch :) highly recommend!

The space was perfect for my girls only staycation. It was such a hidden gem. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Only suggestion is to take one of the rooms with a single bed and put to full size beds. That would have accommodated the large group better. Just a personal preference though.

Owners were VERY responsive! Immediately responded with answers to questions and suggestions! The home was beautiful, and exactly as pictured! Definitely will not get bored in the home! Tons to do, but also felt right at home and relaxed! The house was located about 15-20 minutes from good restaurants, local attractions, and the beach. Will definitely be booking again!
