This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed outside, but please throw cigarette butts in the alley trash can.

Our home at the heart of Alliance is 21 steps up from Main Street. View of brick paved Main. Hop, skip and jump to theatre, post office, The Butte Bakery and Golden Hour Barbecue. Completely renovated with interior brick exposed, hard wood floors and marble bathroom. Our Air conditioning unit is above the closet in the bedroom. If you use a/c at night it has disrupted sleeping for past guests, when it drains. Our evenings are cool here so you can open windows and turn off unit.

Mattox Manor

My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony. Nice enclosed front porch, back porch and 3 patios 1 covered. Enjoy the gas grill and patios with our nice cool evenings.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 729 sq ft basement apartment. newly remodeled so newly still finishing it beautiful two bedroom. one available. With brand new full size bed/ mattress. living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom. Master bedroom is still under construction and very few small things left in the bathroom and laundry room. Host is on site full-time. Long-term stays welcome but we have more shared spaces than short-term. No accessibility features.
