The house - on a quiet footpath on the edge of the pedestrian zone - cannot be reached directly by car. Parking there is therefore not possible. A "green" bridge leads to the floor-heated apartment without steps. All rooms - the bedrooms have laminate floors, the others are tiled - have natural light. The terrace - facing south and with umbrella - allows for outdoor breakfast in summer, for example. For children there is a beautiful playground about 80 m away.

In the beach chair you can enjoy the evening sun. For the colder days there is also a conservatory and fireplace. There is a sauna which can be used for a fee. The house is ideal for family reunions, community holidays or to get away from the city and switch off in beautiful nature.
