The apartment is a good starting point for hiking in nice terrain. Good fishing spots and approved for tourist fishing. Boat can be rented from the host in the season from March to the end of September. Øien 530 with 40 Hp Yamaha (requires a certificate or that you were born before 1980). Without a certificate, Øien 530 with 25 Hp Tohatsu is available. Satellite dish with Norwegian and German channels. Boat with 25 hp, price NOK 550/day. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed. Large kitchen, bathroom and living room with fireplace. For an additional NOK 200 per day, there is 1 extra bedroom with a double bed on the second floor, (note, unfurnished loft room). There is all kitchen equipment, dishwasher, microwave oven etc. Has a fireplace, and wood is set up. There are nice hiking areas, fishing opportunities, a few minutes drive to the nearest shop, short distance to Mongstad industrial area.

Grocery store is run to about 8 minutes. The cabin is nicely located on Trollvatn caming with parking right outside the cabin wall

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
