Maison de maître surrounded by a park

19th century mansion surrounded by an enclosed 1 hectare park with century-old trees. The house is in the heart of the village but very quiet and has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets, a large dining room and two living rooms. House completely renovated combining the charm of the old and modern comfort. The bedding is new and the rooms are decorated with family furniture. Baby equipment available. Sheets and linens are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival and we will wash linens and towels upon departure. Cleaning package on request. This romantic house is situated in a cute little village in the north of the green Allier (Auvergne Rhone Alpes). In the village is a small supermarket, bar-tabac, restaurant, pharmacy and bakery. The village is close to the Allier river, known for it's fabulous canoeing and fishing. The house is on the GR3 Vezelay Route (the famous hiking trail for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostella). In our house you won't find wifi, nor TV. What you will find is calm, rest and board games.
