I was in Boulder for a fitness retreat and if I were to return for another, I would definitely see if Susan and Keith’s Airbnb was available again. They were terrific hosts—so kind and caring. The amenities were perfect, and the description was exact. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Their space was so wonderful to come home to each day. Thank you so much!

Our stay was great. The place was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The bed was really comfy and cozy. I really appreciated the small details, like things we might need around the studio. For example toiletries, small snacks, maps, etc. There isn't a "kitchen" but the fridge, microwave, and water kettle were perfect for what we needed. We didn't get a chance to check out the hot tub, because we were too busy exploring the surrounding areas. The location was perfect for day trips to surrounding open spaces, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain Nat. Park, Boulder, and Idaho Springs. We even saw a Moose and her baby on our way home from dinner only about 10 mins from town. Nederland is a cute little town with shops and restaurants. Our hosts were so friendly, and made great recommendations. We also thoroughly enjoyed meeting their lovable dog, Amen. We loved saying hello to the chcickens and ducks on our way in and out of the studio.Definitely recommend this studio to anyone traveling to the area.

Nice, quiet place near a green area. I've spent over 2 weeks in early spring at the place and found it very comfortable. There is a nice garden with lots of birds, a sun room to relax and enjoy all this, and a regular part of the house with the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Around, there is a golf court, a few trails, a few of shops and cafes, and straight routes to the city center and the mountains. I've used a bike and it took around 20 minutes to get to the center and visit nearby places, it was very convenient. Anthony and Kersti are amazing hosts! During my stay, they helped me with whatever matters I've got and were always responsive and welcoming.

We enjoyed staying at Eric’s place. His home was perfectly suited for our group and served as a great home base for a weekend of adventures around Boulder. We loved spending time on the deck and benefited from the proximity to both downtown Boulder and hiking trails. The home was great value and we hope to stay there again.

Wendy’s suite was super cozy and felt like a home with colorful accents and art. It was extremely clean and well thought out regarding using the space efficiently. The location was walkable for us and/or a short drive to campus, Pearl street and the Fox theatre. The location is on a quiet residential street with yard space access. Wendy is a delightful person and a very conscientious and responsive host. Overall, we were very comfortable in her home and had a great few days in Boulder.

I stayed at this place because it was a mile from my daughter's home, whom I was visiting. So more than being very convenient the accommodations were perfect from the views to the comfort level it was everything I wanted. Kyle is first class. He was informative and professional but more than that has a warm heart and made me feel right at home. I will be returning often to Ned to visit my granddaughter, and this is the only place I will stay. I want to thank Kyle and his folks for making me feel so welcome.

LOVED being out in the mountains, yet close to Boulder. A bit harder to get to then expected but lovely location, away from the hussle bustle of DT Boulder. Wish we had more time to enjoy the patio and view but worked out great during a very busy graduation weekend in Boulder. All the extra nice touches in the unit were very well thought out and special!

lovely hosts, very responsive and nice! The door took me a second to find but the hosts gave very clear instructions on how to get there. the place was nice and clean and very cute and comfortable.

Sharry's place was fantastic. She had clear communication and knew we were coming for our daughter's graduation. She gave us tips on navigating campus AND she decorated the place with graduation decorations! How thoughtful and fun! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the outdoor space was lovely, and the neighborhood and location were quiet and cute! Highly recommend!

Mindy’s place is excellent for two people. Perfect location to visit many different things in a 60 mile radius. Boulder or Golden to the west. RMNP and Fort Collins to the north. Southeast into Denver. Very clean and has all the necessary items in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Many top notch breweries in a 5 mile distance from the house. Would not hesitate to stay again if heading back to the area

Petra was a wonderful host! The efficiency was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is also conveniently located to the wonderful downtown, parks, and walking trails that Louisville provides. I strongly recommend Petra and her efficiency. apartment.

Great place to stay, Marcia was very kind and warm in all in interactions. She made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, including expected weather conditions before my arrival. As well as notice of road construction in the area of the home accommodating me driveway parking for extra convenience. I will stay here again while visiting my son that lives in the area. Highly recommend! Thank you Marcia for a great stay!

wonderful hosts in a wonderful town! it was our first time in boulder so denise & larry were so friendly & shared so much details with us about trails & getting around with the bus when we checked in (plus the good tidbit that BolderBoulder ends on an uphill ;) ). very communicative & accommodating in general! i loved sitting out on the patio & the bike was an excellent added accommodation. we stayed for a week so being relatively near the safeway & having the amenities in the kitchenette amenities were perfect (for heating frozen meals).

We had a really nice time. The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. The host was excellent at communicating.

Our stay at Jaclyn's was perfect for our weekend celebrating our daughter's CU graduation! She was super flexible with check-in and out, which was so helpful for the time constraints we had! The location is fantastic - very walkable to campus and the Hill. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Being able to sit on the patio in her beautiful backyard on a gorgeous spring day was wonderful too! The bed was extremely comfortable as well! Highly recommend this place!!

Ashley’s place was perfect for us. Very lovely and even though you are in the basement, there is a lot of natural light. Place was very roomy and cheerful. We loved our stay. I would definitely recommend her place and will book again in future. Nice linens, cozy bed and very private.

Doreen is an excellent host - she has carefully thought of all things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - her guest suite is extremely clean and comfortable and outfitted with great amenities . We highly recommend staying with her.

AnneMarie and Ivan's place was perfect for us. The entryway was convenient for storing our bikes and equipment. Access to the running/biking trails was right out the door. We loved walking into downtown Niwot for coffee and food. The location was convenient for getting into Boulder and Niwot. The living space was very clean, bright and spacious. The dog barked at times but was never a nuisance. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was an excellent stay! We travelled with two small kids, and the space was perfect, we felt right at home and the hosts thought of everything a family may need. Grant was incredibly kind and responsive. We plan to stay here again when visiting Boulder!

For being a studio, it is roomy and quiet Airbnb. It was shiny clean from top to bottom, not a speck of dust. Very well taken care of. If you are going to Lyons it’s a great location and you can walk to everything in the town. Your host will respond to you very quickly and take care of any needs you have.

Great place to stay! Kathy was awesome at communicating. Beds super comfy and plenty of room for four adults !
