Villa vacation rentals in Bottom Bay

We had an amazing week at Craig’s villa. The place was even better in person than the photos. We loved the private backyard and the direct access to the mini pool and footsteps away from a bigger pool behind us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Sharper knives or a knife sharpener would have been nice since we cooked a lot. The washer and dryer available was very helpful as we constantly had to dry our towels! The location was perfect for a family with young children as it was quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Westayed in Susie’s place for 10 fabulous. As a couple with two young children we’re very picky about accommodation and can reassure anyone considering a stay in coco house, it’s utterly fantastic. Once you arrive you quickly realise this is not a cheaply renovated Airbnb property, this is a beautiful, clean, well maintained family holiday home. The house is located in a gated community with security at the entrance 24hrs, large communal pools, bar / restaurant on site (very good). The house has every piece of cooking equipment, pool toys, board games etc you could ever want. Cleaner came and did a deep clean midweek which was great. The views are stunning and layout of the house wonderful. Cold aircon. Plunge pool in the garden. Mango tree our sons enjoyed most mornings for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Susie and her house keeper Marcia keep in good communication and nothing is too much trouble. Pick susies place for your stay, you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfection!! Elena was an amazing hostess; very responsive and accommodating, even with last minute booking. Gorgeous pool to ourselves each evening we were there. House is absolutely beautiful and met all our needs. Easy walk to pristine beach with calm, clear water and reefs offering great snorkelling. We would 100% recommend to anyone looking to book accommodation on the west coast. Thank you for a fantastic stay, Elena!!!

We had the best stay at Mariam’s. The house is beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice. Mariam went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was so quick to communicate. The location was great - close to everything we needed whilst still feeling private and quiet. Sometimes by the pool we could hear the sounds of the neighbourhood, but we were never disturbed. We did enjoy the company of a very friendly cat, who would sometimes visit while we were by the pool. Amanda and Desmond were on hand and were brilliant. One evening the gas bottle of the BBQ ran out during cooking. However Mariam had this rectified by the time we even awoke the next morning. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a beautiful house. An absolutely perfect stay. Will definitely be returning to The Pink House! Check In: Seamless. Sent lockbox code before check-in time, opened to access key. The house: clean, organized, nice and bright. You will feel safe and secure. The upstairs bedroom and patio were fantastic. Real King bed was comfortable. Great A/C. Comfy hotel-style white bed sheets. Lots of closet space. Ensuite bathroom is bright and clean. Shower very nice. Kitchen has everything you need. It works. Sitting room is cozy enough. Back deck and plunge pool are the stars of the show. Indeed they were as amazing as they look! Spent much of our trip using it, sunny most of the day. Beach, while coral-y, does the trick! Nice sandy beaches to enjoy nearby. Beautiful villa! Spent a few days here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it was everything we could’ve imagined! The view is amazing, barbados is such a lovely place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me put together a personal chef for the birthday girl! The villa was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Our first trip to Barbados and the Caribbean, and it was simply amazing! Huge thanks, Dominic for a wonderful stay at the beautiful Coral Breeze villa. He was incredibly responsive before and during our trip, even helping us with information for an emergency dentist, it was much appreciated. The pre-arrival instructions were clear and made for a smooth start to our holiday. We were also looked after by the lovely Majorie, who kept everything spotless and shared great local tips. The villa was exactly as described, just 30 seconds from the beach, close to beachfront restaurants, and a handy mini supermarket. It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed and more, including a private pool, air-con, kitchen, and thoughtful extras like adaptors and citronella candles. Getting around the island was easy by bus and taxi. We especially appreciated the slightly later checkout, thank you, Dominic and Kimberly! We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay again.

Roomy, comfortable, clean house with a spectacular view. Looks exactly as in the pictures. Great spot if you are looking for a more authentic Bajan experience, away from the main resort areas, but still close to many attractions and amenities. The bedrooms have AC. The breeze coming in from the sea made the rest of the house very comfortable temperature-wise. The early morning road traffic is a bit noisy, but this is probably true of all of Barbados which is very densely populated. We found that all the benefits of the house outweighed this minor inconvenience. The neighbourhood is otherwise very peaceful and we had a relaxing experience. There are a few gems that are walking distance from the house : Fish Pot restaurant (just amazing) , and Merton's beach up the road where we took daily morning swims, very much felt like a private beach! Speightstown is a short drive away with great restaurant options and a nice supermarket. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Driftwood is a beautiful villa ideally located within walking distance of two great beaches and some fabulous restaurants and bars. It was spotless and had every facility needed.

Had the most amazing stay. The location of the villa was 10/10. To wake up and hear the waves splashing was wonderful. Would highly recommend and would return. Xxx

I stayed with seven of my students and my colleague and it was perfect. We loved walking to the reef to do marine biology, going on the roof to star gaze and do math lessons, and the pool for the kids to unwind. I loved that the doors locked automatically so I didn’t have to worry about the kids each needing a key or forgetting to lock the doors. There was an area for us to gather as a group and the kitchen was large so more than one person could cook. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Ruth's place! The property was beautiful- a brand new house with upgraded finishes and beautiful pool with a great outdoor living space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. Full laundry capability was helpful with young children. The AC kept the entire house cool when we needed it. This is important because Barbados is hot and humid even at nighttime. We appreciated the groceries that were provided on arrival, which is helpful after a flight when you are too tired to venture out to shop. Housekeeping was provided twice during the week and the pool was cleaned several times by staff when we were there. If we come back to Barbados, we would love to stay at Ruth's place again!

Fantastic place to stay. There are no sandy beaches; night clubs; or tiki bars at this place: it is just you and nature. Patrick the grounds manager is both extremely helpful for any needs and at the same time extremely respectful of privacy. The 'guard dogs' are adorable and friendly - I miss my morning greetings from Shadow already. The monkeys are cute and keep a healthy distance. The nightly hermit crab gatherings are unlike anything I've seen before. The gardens are beautiful and the private cliffside seating and private cove are quite literally breathtaking. I was extremely nervous about the lack of air conditioning, but the 2nd floor balcony (off which 2 of the rooms sit) is probably the breeziest spot in all of Barbados. Bring your own food, transport, entertainment, etc, and you're all set. Will be back in a heartbeat.

A really lovely 4 bedroom home with stunning views from upstairs balconies. The housekeeper was also excellent and waited up to meet us on arrival when we were delayed. It’s location is perfect just behind Mullins Beach and also felt very secure. Highly recommended and hope we can return one day.

Wow, we hit the jackpot with Phillipa's place! This awesome villa is super spacious and tucked among beautiful tropical trees, with an amazing pool right there. Everything was spot-on perfect! Phillipa was such a great host, too. This was our first Barbados trip and we're so glad we found this gem. It worked out perfectly for vacationing with our little ones. The house has all the necessary amenities to make it a home away from home. And the beach? Just a quick walk away! Definitely grab a rental car though - it's the best way to check out all the cool spots around the island. We loved this house and would stay again in a heartbeat!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Thanks so much to Dawn and Mark for always getting back to us and for being so helpful with any local questions we had. We felt very welcome and didn’t want to leave! We stayed with our 2 young daughters who loved the pool. They also enjoyed the pool at Paul Owen’s. The local restaurants are lovely and Masey’s supermarket being walking distance was helpful. We also walked to Paynes beach which is 25 minutes towards Bridgetown direction but would highly recommend it! Peaceful beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. A beach bar with great food and we saw turtles. Don’t forget your snorkel!!

The house was in a lovely location to experience the local culture. It is a friendly community of Vila’s with very friendly people. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to Batts Rock beach which is one of my favourite on the island. This villa is perfect to escape the high tourism of Holetown and Bridgetown.

This house is amazing. It's huge, very clean and the beds were comfortable. it was so nice to have a bathroom in every bedroom as well as air conditioners. the downstairs is not air conditioned, but it's really nice to open all the doors and embrace the breeze. The best part is the private pool and lounging area! All of the beaches on the southern half of the island are inundated with sargassum, so we had to travel north by taxi to get to the nicer beaches. However, the low price of the house left more money in the budget for transportation. If you're comfortable driving on the left side of the road, rent a car if you can. I'm not sure if the neighborhood is similar to all the other neighborhoods around the island, but there were private security guards at night, which made us feel safe. Everyone is very nice on the island, but the taxi drivers can be a bit pushy at times. All of them will try to convince you not to use the pickup Barbados app, but it is very convenient and safe.

This is our second stay at Karen's place and we have absolutely loved it. It has felt like a home from home and we find the energy of the place so uplifting and so peaceful. This beautiful villa is a short walk away from breathtaking beaches, glorious sunsets and friendly bars. We truly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else and Karen is absolutely wonderful to communicate is; as is Crystal the villa's lovely agent. Thank you Karen for another unforgettable holiday xx

Barry’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The house is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook like you’re at home. Kyle was a superstar host; friendly, incredibly communicative, and always one step ahead of our needs. Naz was equally awesome, greeting us with local tips that made our stay even better. And Barry himself was a breeze to coordinate with from the first message to checkout; fast replies and genuine care throughout. We can’t recommend Barry’s place enough!

Really lovely villa, so relaxing and private. Well equipped home, outside area was stunning. Rooftop terrace is such a lovely area! The home was clean, pool cleaner came on Wednesday too. Jan was lovely and helpful. Air con in the rooms was great as so hot! Definitely hire a car as we explored the surrounding and outer areas as the villa is quite isolated which makes it so peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Wonderful place to stay. Fully stocked and the host was easy to reach. We will be back to the island again and this place felt like home. Great area and amenities.
