10 min from Limoges and the C.H.U, 2 min by car from the train station and amenities (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant) you will enjoy the calm of the countryside on the ground floor of a house divided into two accommodations. Kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed, large bedroom with double bed and single bed. Large bathtub and accessories for very small, 4G network and Wi-Fi. Green space in front of the accommodation, Boucheron Park 2 minutes away. Cleaning fee = beds made and towels provided. Perfect Terra Aventura!

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.
