Vacation rentals with beach access in Bosanka

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in Antuns Apartment. Das Wetter war angenehm warm, nicht zu heiß, und die Stadt war nicht so überfüllt wie in der Hochsaison im Juli und August. Sehr gute Lage – direkt in der ersten Reihe zum Meer. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, so weit das Auge reicht. Sehr ruhige Gegend, keine Bars oder Restaurants in direkter Nähe – einfach traumhaft ruhig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, und zur Bushaltestelle etwa 7 bis 8 Minuten. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der immer schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Dubrovnik ist jede Minute wert – einfach wunderschön!

What a place! We loved every minute of our stay! The best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The views, the pool, the ease to get to everything and most importantly Niko! We cannot put into words just how welcoming Niko was from the moment we called to say we had landed to our final goodbyes! The bliss of the pool at the end of busy days exploring was perfect and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had at an airbnb! (Tips we wish we had known for Croatia bring sea shoes if you have them, bring snorkels if you have them, a lilo would have been dreamy on the pool too! Port 22 was our favourite meal! Book the panorama restaurant months in advance we couldn’t get in but everyone said it was great!) We did 3 boat tours and all were amazing! One of our top holidays! Thank you for giving us the best base!

Barbara’s place was beyond amazing. They made us feel so welcomed and at home. Barbara helped us with any problems we had and was always quick to respond. The Airbnb was just as described and the view is even better in person. I would 100% stay here again. They made our Croatia trip unforgettable!

Loved our stay in Dubrovniks Old Town. The accommodation was spotless and although it did have lots of steps up to it, it was worth it for the amazing location. Beautiful restaurants at our doorstep but it was still so peaceful once inside. Amazing communication from our host Daniela! We would highly recommend 😊

A cute, comfortable, and super convenient little apartment right outside Ploce Gate, Old Town! Martina was super helpful as a host - communicating clearly and sending instructions prior to check in. She met us at the door to help us understand the unit and keys, and gave us a plethora of local recommendations! The space is cute, modern, clean, and the view is AMAZING of the harbor and Old Town walls. The space was perfect for my sister and I to explore Dubrovnik.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Lovorka pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

We had the most incredible stay at Ivana’s- she went above and beyond to make my friend’s 30th birthday unforgettable—she somehow secured a variety of Croatian cakes for us on a holiday (when nearby stores were closed) and even very kindly gifted us a bottle of prosecco! We didn’t have a car, so this meant so much to us. Ivana also kindly helped to arrange trusted airport transportation & made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, safe, and just a minute’s walk to a stunning little bay with a beach bar and great cocktails. The views from the window were like a movie scene, and the building has amazing history—ask Ivana about it! The apartment had everything we needed and we felt lucky to come across Ivana and her beautiful home. We truly couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you Ivana for your unparalleled hospitality—we absolutely loved our visit and owe that to you & would happily stay again in a heartbeat!

Toni’s place is fantastic! Right in the centre of the old town and not too many steps to get into the apartment. The place was immaculate and Toni was super responsive to any queries. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

The place is very nice and clean and the hosts are helpful and very nice. Balcony view is amazing. 10/10

Een volle week verbleven in het appartement! Een erg fijne plek om het onderste deel van Kroatië te verkennen. Strand op loopafstand. Fijne plek om de auto te parkeren. Heerlijk koel en schoon appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht! Ik wil weer terug!

What a fabulous stay. The apartment was perfect, in the ideal spot,close to the beach (10 mins max) and the Old Town (3 mins) and was just as described. Niko was a great host, always responded quickly, arranged a transfer from the port and actually took us to the airport himself for our journey home. He met us at the apartment, showed us round, explained everything and gave some excellent recommendations. Would definitely recommend and return, thank you Niko, much appreciated.

5살 조카, 아버지, 누나와 함께 두브로브니크를 제대로 즐겼습니다. 아침 비행기로 두브로브니크에 도착하다보니 어린조카가 많이 피곤했는지 투정을 많이 부렸습니다. 그 때 호스트의 배려덕에 숙소에서 잠시 정비할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치는 부자게이트 바로 앞이라서 캐리어를 돌바닥에서 끌 필요가 없었어요! 더운날씨에 지칠때면 시가지에서 5분거리라서 잠깐 들어와서 쉬면 되어서 최고였습니다:)

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment a short bus ride away from Old Town. Clear instructions given for a smooth self check-in/out. Definitely recommend to stay!

Amazing stay at Toni’s place. Very friendly and responsive host and his mother in law was so lovely who showed us in. The place is in the perfect spot right in the old town. The garden area was beautiful and although people were walking the city walls it was amazing that the walls were so close. We even had our morning coffee with the cats and tortoises! Would highly recommend if you are after a place right in the old town with some beautiful outside space.

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

We loved the apartment. The view was spectacular, and the two sets of open doors on either end of the balcony gave the unit a very nice indoor-outdoor feel even when inside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very functional, we even spent a night in cooking. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Dubrovnik, as long as you don’t mind a bit of a climb up from old town. Not a long walk in and out of old town, only about 10 minutes, but lots of steps. But for us, the ability to get out of town into a quiet neighbourhood plus the view made it worth it. I can’t stress how amazing the view is from the balcony (photos don’t do it justice). Also, the owners dad greeted us at check in and he was so sweet and helpful during our stay!

Contentissime di aver scelto l’appartamento di Iva per il nostro soggiorno a Dubrovnik. La casa molto carina,fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita e in un’ottima posizione (centrale ma non nel caos turistico). Siamo state come a casa.

We had a warm welcome by Ivana and she was helpful throughout our stay and happily arranged the taxi from and to the airport. Krešo was very helpful and friendly too. Lapad is such a lovely location, my 11 yrs old daughter said she had the best holiday ever 😊

Pidimme paljon majoituksesta ja Nives:in vanhemmat olivat huomioivia sekä avuliaita sijaismajoittajia. Voimme suositella kyseistä majoitusta kaikille, erityisen kivan majoituksesta teki terassi ja poreamme.

Rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva kohde. Terassilta näköala todella hieno. Uima-allas erittäin hyvä lisä. Toimiva kokonaisuus. Lähellä kahvila-/baari Jura josta saa virvokkeita ja pientä purtavaa. Kauppaan mentävä melkein taxilla jos jääkaappiin menevää hakee, koska kävelyreittiä ei oikein järkevää ole esim. Tommy marketille. Cavtatin keskustaan 2 km kävely. Matka muuten kiva kävellä (meren rantaa mukaillen), mutta nousu takaisin talolle on jyrkkä. Hyvä ottaa huomioon jos meinaa useasti päivässä taittaa matkaa jalan. Taxi 8-10€ per suunta, joten heikkoina hetkinä kätevä vaihtoehto 😊. Cavtatissa monia hyviä ruokaravintoloita. Kävelyreitit myös Cavtatin ympäristössä todella hienoja. Kannattaa ehdottomasti käydä kiertämässä kävelyreitit. Kaikenkaikkiaan erittäin mukava paikka vaikka kuntoa vaatiikin keskustasta palaaminen takaisin 🤭😉
