The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River, surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

It is from the Middle Ages and its name: "the Wojtostwo" is historic. By 1904, it was part of the Gen. H. Dąbrowskiego. The guest house is located in an outbuilding by a manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. Hosts provide full information about the area. Boarding is possible. Free parking. Pets are allowed for a fee of 50 zł per night/pet.

The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused since then. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests.
