Landhaus Gutleben - viel Flair, Sauna und Natur

Dieses Haus hat uns gefunden! Eher zufällig wurde uns 2019 dieses alte Bauernhaus möbeliert zum Kauf angeboten. Sofort verliebten wir uns in das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, den zauberhaften Garten und die einzigartige Lage am Ende einer 1,5 km langen von Feldern umsäumten, asphaltierten Stichstrasse. Ich, Peter, liebe als Segler die unverbaute Weite, den Wind, die Stille, die Nähe zu Natur. Das alles habe ich auch hier zusammen mit meiner Frau Denise gefunden - quasi unser Ankerplatz an Land.

Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Das charmante Reetdachhaus, am Koppelstrom, steht seit dem Frühjahr 2016 für Ihren Urlaub zur Verfügung. Überzeugend ist die Lage des Hauses mit seinem traumhaften Blick auf Bodden und dem angrenzenden kleinen Hafen. Aber auch die großzügige Ausstattung mit Kamin und Sauna kann sich sehen lassen.
