I had a very nice stay in this very cozy accommodation where everything is thought out to make the stay enjoyable. Very clean apartment and small touches that make you happy like tea bags and coffee capsules available. The location of this place is very convenient to get around the city easily. In addition, Jerome is very responsive and attentive. Very good communication with this host. Small bemol apartment not super well insulated in terms of noise but it remains a small inconvenience given the accommodation which is very pleasant. I recommend it without hesitation .

Good surprise regarding the accommodation, 2 rooms with rooms are quite large, separate bathroom and toilet, the kitchen is functional with a large refrigerator (its south facing exposure, green residence, private parking, 10 minutes from the city center and Casino supermarket...). Small downside that should be quickly adjusted "the flush" fills up much too slowly.

Very well located accommodation 10 minutes walk from shops and the beach. With a parking space a little far away on the back of the residence but which is very convenient. All the paintings have been redone recently and the shower looks new; it has a real room with 2 bunk beds with a door that is not in the entrance with the noises of the hallway. It is isolated from the noises of the hallway by an airlock with a second door and we sleep very well without noise because we can close everything thanks to the air conditioning which is very efficient and above all very quiet in night mode. To report the motor of the air conditioning is on the loggia and heats ,so open the window in front and empty the basin 2 x per day . In reproach the broken tv cabinet drawer and bed latte not reported by the reception and already reported by another guest.I sent an unanswered email. When I reported it at the start it was not noted. Hoping that it is fixed for the following
