Spacious holiday home on a quiet park - fully refurbished in 2016. Close to a beautiful lake with sandy beach, lovely restaurant, beach-club, working windmill and a massive indoor play barn. Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung im Ortskern von Raesfeld-Erle, einem 3600-Seelen-Örtchen am Rande des Ruhrgebiets. Hier verbindest Du münsterländisches Flair mit allem, was die großen Metropolen bieten. In Erle steht die älteste Eiche Deutschlands. Auch eine Kastanienallee, die urige Schnapsbrennerei und die alte Windmühle laden auf zahlreichen Wanderrouten zum Radfahren und zum Spazieren ein.

Our holiday home built in Saxon style was completely renovated in 2019, everything is new and tastefully decorated and equipped with a lot of luxury. The holiday home is located on a small quiet holiday park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and cycling routes. The property has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fire pit and pizza oven. Our home borders directly on the forest. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Our cozy Tiny House is located on the edge of a wonderfully preserved farm. Watch out the windows, like docks and deer scurry across the fields. The tiny house is surrounded by forest and wide meadows. You have the area around the flower meadow all to yourself. Apples, sunflowers, or wild herbs grow depending on the season. A fire bowl, wood and ingredients for stick bread are available. Neighborhood are great farm shops with local products.

Haus Barbara - self-sufficient farmhouse in Borken

An old farmhouse from the early 20th century - through solar system (hot water) /photovoltaic (electricity) and own groundwater, the house works autonomously and sustainably. My wife and I decided a few years ago to rebuild our house and to make part of the space available for holiday guests. We are looking forward to interacting with the new guests, being able to offer them a great time and just a nice stay in our cozy house.
