Il nostro casale e' stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2017 nell'originario stile marchigiano. La casa e' luminosa e moderna e dotata di tutti i comfort. Un giardino esterno offre ampie vedute sulle colline. Il luogo tranquillo e silenzioso vi fara' trascorrere dei giorni di pieno relax! Nel giardino troverete Wendy, un amichevole Labrador giocherellone che si farà adottare da voi per la durata della vostra vacanza, e alcuni gatti. NB Tassa di soggiorno: il comune di Senigallia applica una tassa di soggiorno di 1 euro al giorno a persona per i maggiori di 14 anni, fino a un massimo di 7gg di permanenza

Questo appartamento con a/c è ubicato in un bel quartiere di Senigallia a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia, al piano terra di una villetta bifamiliare. Ha un giardino di fronte alla casa e uno sul retro esclusivo, con accesso dalla cucina, con tavolo e sedie dove fare la colazione e pranzi all'ombra degli alberi. La cucina ha la lavastoviglie, cucina ad induzione, micro onde, macchina nespresso e tutti gli altri piccoli elettrodomestici. Lavatrice in locale separato.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno da Massimo. L'appartamento è molto grande, pulito e luminoso, la cucina ampia e comoda. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un lungo soggiorno. In auto 6 minuti dalla spiaggia. Massimo ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per la nostra vacanza (parcheggio spiaggia, ristoranti, negozi).

Prachtige locatie, mooi appartement en fantastisch mooie omgeving. Genoeg te doen in omgeving maar veel minder toeristische, vonden wij heel fijn. Het ontbijt en diner is echt fantastisch, wij hebben 2 wk niet gekookt. Bijzonder lieve eigenaren, zeer gastvrij. Een aanrader!

Zona tranquilla, complesso residenziale immerso nel verde. Facilissimo da raggiungere sia in auto che con altri mezzi. Sotto casa, ci sono negozi di alimentari, frutta e verdura, panetteria, gelateria e pizzeria al trancio; a poca distanza due supermercati. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro con negozi, locali e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Appartamento grande, tenuto molto bene e pulitissimo, fornito di ogni comodità, anche lettini, teli mare ed ombrellone per la spiaggia. Marco è un host perfetto, gentile e disponibile. Comunicazione ineccepibile. Ottimo.

Beautifully renovated, air conditioned bedrooms, excellent beds. Fabio was very helpful, coming to open up for us and explain everything. All in the beautiful historic centre. Highly recommended.

Francesco e sua mamma sono stati gentilissimi, molto cordiali e disponibili. La casa è molto spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario per una bella vacanza (piscina gonfiabile inclusa!),ha un bellissimo giardino intorno e stanze ampie. Consigliatissimo!
