We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

I had arrived later than expected, closer to the check in time actually, but Roelie was more than understanding and patient as I updated her about 3 or 4 different times with each update my expected time of arrival being later than the previous. The place is incredibly cozy and clean, it felt like a home away from home, I only stayed for one night to handle some business in the area early the next morning so I opted out of getting breakfast. But I'll definitely be staying again in the future for a peaceful getaway.

A beautiful and very quiet location. Beautiful spacious room with cute bedstee. I'm 1.88 meters myself, but the bed was spacious enough. Roelie is a sweet welcoming host. We have booked again in any case!

We had a nice few days at Jan's. The apartment offers everything you could ever need. In the village there is everything you need. Emmen is also easy to reach. It's nice to have peace and quiet for a while if you're used to big city noise!

Martha was a wonderful host. Thw breakfast was the best we had in all of our Airbnbs across Europe. It was also great to explore the dutch countryside and get out of thd big cities.

The children had a wonderful time playing with all the toys that were present in the house. Great base for a day of wildlands!

My wife and I booked this accommodation because we had a Motorrij Experience at TT-Assen. We were pleasantly surprised with this cool house, highly recommended in the summer at tropical temperatures in NL. The space is artistically decorated and also soothing. The living room has a spacious sitting area, a nice kitchen block, a sofa set. The bathroom is spacious with glass wall, partition between shower and toilet. The bedroom is nice and spacious and has a good bed. We woke up rested to go to the motorcycle experience. When we came back in the afternoon, we sat in the garden for another hour. The garden is pure nature with lots of greenery and flowers. For us, it was a great weekend. Regards, Guido and Oesha

We had a really nice time in Nieuw-Annerveen. The house is beautiful and really quiet. Especially the view into the nature is breathtaking. Titia was a really nice host and she was flexible and straightforward with the check-in. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay despite the weather being a bit against us. The accommodation is complete and equipped with every comfort. Good bed, full kitchen, lovely shower. Location in nature. Beautiful for hiking and cycling. Contact with host was very pleasant. Worth repeating. Petri and René

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

The arrival and the key handover was very pleasant, everything right away. The path to the chalet was also superbly signposted. The chalet itself is in a beautiful and quiet location. It is a really very nice chalet, everything is very well maintained and everything is on site, Really everything! We all felt like at home. It is also very lovingly furnished. The terrace also offered enough relaxation and enough space. For our little one, there were enough toys, books and various games to spend evenings on the large terrace. You don't need the TV here at all, but it is also available. It is only recommended! There was enough space for relaxation. The surroundings are very quiet and really very beautiful nature. The walk to the beach was not far, about 1 minute. Very pleasant All in all a really very nice vacation with great service. We'll be happy to come back.

For our short stay, this house was absolutely ideal. It is located in a well-kept, small bungalow park, which is very nice for children. The house itself was very clean and cozy. Since it is located by the canal, it is rather quiet and private. The contact with Patricia was great - she was very friendly, proactive and always easy to reach. We highly recommend!

We had a great time in Dennis' super nice house. Everything is just right in this home. Beautiful layout of the house, perfectly equipped kitchen, great garden, comfortable beds, lots of activities (table tennis, billiards, darts...) and everything is clean. The house just impressed us. The location is also great. Close to the supermarket and nice hiking and biking trails in the area. The communication with Dennis was perfect. He was super responsive to messages. We can 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back.
