In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and barbecue. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe bike path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.

On vacation between 12/23 and 01/10, therefore the apartment is not available during this period. 😊 This bright terrace apartment is located in the popular district "Stadtfeld" in a family settlement. It captivates with its simple architecture, which has been listed and whose large courtyard has a park-like character. The connection to the center and the Elbe is very good.

Our small cozy guest apartment is located in Barleben - Ebendorf district not far from the A2 highway and yet quietly in the old town center on a three-sided farm typical of the region. The apartment has a living room with a small kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A travel bed for toddlers can optionally be added.

Our small guest apartment is located in the middle of the neighborhood of Magdeburg Buckau and is suitable for 2 to 3 people.
