The best stay we ever had! The house had everything we needed!

awesome location the 2 four year old nieces enjoyed the pool. we visited the Newport Aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo from this location the location was far enough away from the city for peace and quite but close enough for an easy commute.

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

The lake house was perfect for our family. Beautiful views of the lake, herons. and geese that come to the lake. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed meals on the screened porch. Other family members rented the Stone House and it was a great weekend to swim, relax in the hot tubs, play cornhole and be together.

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and comfort of Lisa's pool house, but even more so meeting her and her furbabies. I will definitely put her place on my list of places to stay again in Cincy when I travel home. Thankful the hospitality and consideration she showed for our safety during the tornado warnings on Sunday. Go Muskies!!!

Great place in an awesome location!

When can we come back?? This home was the perfect retreat after spending each day in the city. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. It was family friendly (babies through grandparents) and accessible. The back porch and yard were a great place to relax and let the kids play. Matthew was responsive and the home was clean. A few simple check-out tasks were minimal and not time consuming - something we can’t say about other rental homes we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend. We are more likely to come back to the city knowing we’d have a comfortable place to stay!

We loved our stay! Thomas’ place was perfect for us and our kids/grandkids. All the games, Pac-man arcade game, pop-a-shot & air hockey table helped everyone stay entertained as well as watching the nearby horses along the back fence. Everything in the house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Bruce was very responsive, Any issue that arose, and there were very few, he was on it immediately! He was Amazing to work with and overall our stay was Flawless! Highly recommend his location !

When we first exited the highway towards Petersburg we wondered where the windy roads were taking us but very quickly discovered a little town just far enough out of the way to be quaint and quiet yet close enough to everything we needed. The cleanliness of The Parlour House was just as all the other reviews has said, it was VERY clean which made settling in quick and easy making it feel like a home away from home. Well equipped with all the amenities we needed yet didn't have too many extra nicknacks that we were having to move things around to make room for our things—well done! A gem of a place for us and family friends to enjoy a getaway together while visiting the area.

A Perfect Getaway! They truly thought of everything—the warmth and care could be felt the moment we walked in. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and we had a blast using the kayak and paddle boat. The game room downstairs was a hit, and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top of an already relaxing stay. The whole place felt so welcoming and peaceful. Tess was amazing—she responded to every question right away. We can't wait to return with the whole family!

What a great place and literally in between anything you want to see from the ark, creation museum, river boat cruises and distilleries! Rosie and her husband are very sweet and helpful!! We got to meet them and hear the history of the house, so exciting!! Would love to visit them again!

Brian’s place was perfect for me, my husband, and our three adult children. Everyone had their own space to sprawl out in. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. The deck was a fun additional space for morning coffee and general peaceful retreat. Brian was very accommodating. We will certainly be staying here again!!

Cozy Oasis was the perfect backdrop for this low key bachelorette trip. Plenty of space, good location, and very nicely decorated. Booking, checking in, and checking out were all a breeze.

Great stay! We took our family to the Ark and it was the perfect location. Also they were very responsive to any questions!!

We had our friend group from all around meet up for Memorial Day weekend here. We had the best time! The lake was gorgeous and we loved the house so much. The backyard is now on all of our dream house lists.

The house met our basic needs, enough rooms for our group, clean, and quiet neighborhood. We would rent this location again.

Jacob was a wonderful host. He responded very quickly and was very helpful. The house was great. Lots of room and very clean. We had a very busy weekend moving my daughter and it was nice to have such a comfortable place to relax in the evening. Highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay again. plus he allows your fur babies.
