Located next to the famous Pedra do Bugio, in an atmosphere of extreme tranquility, stunning, cozy and at the same time modern. The house has a swimming pool, sauna, 3 vehicle parking, air conditioning, barbecue, wi-fi, fridge, cable TV, freezer in the gourmet area. Located just 1.5 km from the city center.
