This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Joaquin was always very responsive and helpful with my questions and met me to help me carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The apartment is very close, around 5-7 minutes walk, to the bus station and about 20 minutes walk to the train station. It's situation is fantastic, very close to the town centre, lots of restaurants around and a supermarket 2 minutes away. It is a very safe area and was quiet enough to have a good nights sleep. I was kindly given a bottle of mineral water on check in and there is everything there to make your stay great....I would definitely stay there again!!

The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay that I will repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and kind with any questions or requests. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that mosquitoes did not enter even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a pity, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment for a quiet and comfortable vacation.

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Right in the heart of Murcia. High street shops on the doorstep. No end of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Mercado de Correos - Gastronomic. A must visit if you are nearby. We had a lovely short stay in Murcia. Maria is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back.

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it is ideal for relaxing. Perfect location, just a 15-minute drive to Torrevieja, 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, it was especially suitable with the private fenced outdoor area. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with a table and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed the changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and sink, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in the China shop. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce section. She had good knowledge of cheese and more. We will be back and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because they left us the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us very well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great ocean view. We recommend it.

The apartment met all our needs and those provided by the ad. Araceli was charming, kind and attentive, and even had the thoughtfulness to save us a place on the same street to park. 100% recommended.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.
