The house is quite new, spacious and comfortable to rest and share. Excellent host.

We had to book a night spontaneously and Ricardo's place allowed us to check in independently at 3 AM. It's also close to the bus terminal. That was perfect!! In addition, the accommodation was also superbly equipped, even with a hairdryer! Everything very new and very clean! We loved it!

I've been hitting Airbnb's in Bolivia and especially in Cochabamba for five years now. I'm not afraid to say that Natalia's and her lovely family's "duplex" house is the best place I've been so far. Big, double floor, clean, comfortable, well equipped. I felt at home. Indeed, I extended my stay of a week. Although a bit dark in the afternoon, I used the dining room to work in the afternoon and the comfy living room to relax in the evening. Communication with Natalia was fast and stable. She also helped out with a couple requested I made. The location is unbeatable. I hope I'll find this Airbnb available next time I come around Cocha!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and in a great location. Communication was very smooth and Yamil and Antonio were incredibly kind and super helpful throughout our visit. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Super spacious, clean and comfortable apartment! The condominium is very quiet! There are plenty of options for buses to get around the city! The only things I really missed in the apartment were a hotter shower and a mirror, 😅 but otherwise it was impeccable! I will definitely try to stay there again when I go to Santa Cruz other times! Daniela is always very attentive and helpful!

Really great value for money. The Calacoto neighbourhood is far from the city centre, but has lovely coffee shops and retail stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was also a much quieter area which was lovely. Other than the SMART tv being unresponsive, the place was perfect !

Definitely a modern apartment, in a quiet area and with the amenities I was looking for! It is in an area with beautiful views, especially of the Christ of Concord, a supermarket on the same block and for those who like to walk, it is not far from downtown. I felt right at home, a comfortable experience in a beautiful city
