Vacation rentals in Bois d'Inde

Great alternative to more expensive resorts - clean, comfortable, water view, and centrally located. We had a rental car making all attractions (both north and south) and the airport within easy striking range. The room had everything we needed and Suzanne was very responsive and friendly. She offered us lots of information on both well-known “bucket list” attractions and less known local spots. Suzanne also made a call to a food stand one night so we could try out a local casual food option. The site is a fairly new build so everything felt fresh and clean. Highly recommend this as a base to explore the island.

Mary was a responsive coordinator! She referred me to Charles for a taxi. Charles and Judy picked us up at the airport. They were easy to communicate arrivals times, progress through customs, and when we got out front they were waiting for us. Judy drove us back to the place which was extremely nice, the van had AC. The place has a beautiful view of the ocean and city. There is a mini split in the room that does a good job cooling off the room. Everything was clean. The biggest plus for my travel was the walkability. I was able to get into town, the store, as the ocean easily. Charles was extremely helpful when it came to requesting to go places. He was a great historian and you’ll definitely have to ask him about his dad jokes. Charles also had suggestions for who to talk to locally for boat tours, snorkeling trips, and spear fishing which I definitely recommend. If you decide to stay here “Mr. Pickles” and friends do like the treats you can get from the grocery store!

We looked for a small hideaway to stay for a few days while exploring St Lucia. And luckily, we found it! Sally’s place was probably the nicest AirBnB we ever stayed in. Such a cool house, with a beautiful terrace outside and a great layout inside. Bedroom upstairs was super comfortable, bathroom well thought out. It has to be mentioned that there is no real hot water. You could argue that it‘s not needed, as it is really hot here, but when it’s really hot, you are really hot and jumping under a cold shower takes all you got in that moment. The kitchen was well thought out, has all the appliances you need. There was cold beer and water in the fridge upon arrival, which shows where this is all going. You could stay in one of the luxury resorts, see a beach here and there, or you indulge yourself in the island and the beauty of the unknown and Sally‘s place … and I can certainly tell you, which one I would choose over again and again.

Our stay at Javid‘s place was a dream come true. The unit was close proximity to the pool with great ease of access and not too many steps. The unit itself had a fantastic floor plan with private en suite and private covered porches for both bedrooms. Additionally, our unit also had a private Jacuzzi, which was a fantastic surprise. The full kitchenette was a really great amenity for our family as we did not participate in the all-inclusive and chose to cook some of our meals The resort was lovely and we had a ton of fun; from using the kayaks and hobby cat at the beach to gym, pool and included parking. Daily housekeeping helped keep our unit tidy with two children. . The resort staff was fabulous and it felt very safe on the property and surrounding areas. Having the resort and restaurants a quick walk away was such a convenience. I’d go back and we were sad to leave resort life!

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property as a solo traveller. The apartment has everything you need, is modern inside and very comfortable. It looks just like the photos. The air con and WiFi are very good. The location is private, quiet and peaceful with nice views of the mountains and sea. It’s just a 5 minute drive down to the main bay area in Marigot which is very beautiful. It has some great looking yachts docked and 4 good restaurants. There is a small beach on the other side of the bay which you can get regular ferry to, it’s where Doolittle’s restaurant is which in my opinion is the best one, if you say you are going to the restaurant then the ferry is free. Irwin is a very accommodating host, he was very welcoming, gave clear instructions, is fast at communicating and proactive with suggestions. I’d definitely stay again!

This apartment was amazing, definitely a home away from home. Everything was as described and pictured. Even the neighbors were friendly and picked us some mangos. We traveled for a sad occasion, but having this place nearby to come back to and relax was the best. Every request was answered within minutes by Melissa. She was awesome!

Khandi and her family were lovely hosts who really took care of us during our entire stay. She has really paid attention to every detail of the house and thought of any and all needs anyone could need during their stay. She is highly responsive and even set up rentals with Shane Boy rentals who was also great to work with ! Thanks Khandi!
