We were hosted very well by Nicole and her husband. We felt like we were arriving at a friend's house. Nicolas took the time to explain to us what to do in the area and tell us about his region and a binder carefully prepared by him contained a lot of information. Very responsive also if we had a question. I highly recommend it. If we go back to the area, we'll go to their home.

Anne's accommodation is very pleasant, quiet and well appointed. We had a lovely stay, I recommend it!

Great location and nice place for a short stay

Lovely house in a quiet area. Nice and spacious inside and cozily furnished. Lots of light through the large glass door. Relax on the sofas or sit comfortably at the huge dining table. Nice garden with lots of seats, always somewhere to find sun or shade. It is unprecedented that you can use everything that is available. And that's a lot. From books to games, from oil to herbs. And a lot more. Large garage with darts, Ping Pong table, mountain bikes, etc. So even in the rain, you're under the roof tiles. The surroundings are beautiful. Finally: the communication with Frank is smooth, personal, involved, accessible and pleasant. All in all, had wonderful days in Lépron-Les-Vallées.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location with 2 small children. Really everything is present and the garden with play tower was great. The grandparents and aunts also came to visit, plenty of room to receive visitors and let them stay overnight. Very nice and quick contact with the hosts via the app and otherwise they leave you alone. The cottage is definitely worth the money. For excursions in the area, you have to drive a little bit, but within a radius of 20 minutes, you can find everything you need. We definitely recommend this to friends and family and will come back again.

Jocelyne is a very nice and responsive host. The house is exactly as on pictures. We had everything we were promised: from amenities to a billiard and a kicker. Was a lot of fun! The house is spacious, you will have enough place for up to 10 people. You have a small nice garden and a wintergarden as well. If you are looking for a getaway you won't regret! PS There are Chimay Abbey and Castle, Sedan and Ovral Abbey which you can reach with an auto in 30-60 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Was a wonderful get away with the pool and the jacuzzi had an excellent stay!

We had a great time with the family. We were very well received. The hosts are very friendly and really allowed us to be comfortable with a BBQ in the sun. I would recommend it.

We were at Maison Le Domaine De L'Épuisette on the occasion of my birthday. A great house, especially the living area and the open kitchen, we liked the interior very much. The outdoor area has a large terrace and is very idyllic towards the lake. The grill has a plancha border and is a good size for groups or families. The pool provides a refreshing cool-down. Overall, we had a great two nights there and found the rural location to be very relaxing.

Damien is a great host, very very hospitable and kind. You will stay on the farm, between the animals: a piglet, two dogs, and of course the horses. The pool is great, nice and warm and private located. The cottage is basic, but very clean and everything is available. There's a nice shower! The cottage is located in a beautiful setting, in the middle of nature and Damien has allerei tips for beautiful walks. Take a trip with the horses too! We made a beautiful trip with Damien and his wife where they told a lot about the area. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is well located to discover the French and Belgian Ardennes. Quiet, peaceful accommodation, the children enjoyed the pool. We would recommend this listing.

We are delighted to have chosen this place for our family weekend. The owner is very responsive and was flexible on arrival and departure times. We were even lucky enough to have a small welcome gift and breakfast on Sundays. The house is just crazy. It has 7 beautiful bedrooms with 6 bathrooms!! Everything was very clean and the decor was beautiful. We stayed 3 days in total and we didn't get bored for a second. Between foosball, billiards, darts, board games, the superb pool, we knew more where to head. A real return to childhood. Outside the children have plenty of toys and the swing as well as in the house, a real plus. The ground floor is accessible for a person with limited mobility with the garden and pool. That was really perfect! We strongly recommend this listing with family and friends. Thank you for your kindness and see you soon!

We had a great time here with our 9-month-old daughter. The cottage was clean, conveniently arranged and everything was brand new. Super good service with friendly staff. The pool was great, with a retractable roof, so we could also swim on the 'lesser' days. Plenty of fun things to do in the area. We felt very at home here and would love to come back!

It's a great place in the south of Belgium! We were with 7 people cycling in the area, which is very beautiful! Also are there multiple rooms, so there is enough space for everyone. And the jacuzzi after a long day of cycling was really great. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. The landlord He helped us a lot with his tips. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice location, nice apartment, friendly host. Our dog also immediately felt at home due to the dog treats and bowls that were waiting for him.

Very cool retro style bungalow/cabin. Simple but everything you need. The place is surrounded by trees and it is very peaceful. The village is close by. From the house you can go on a 2 hour hike in the forest with nice views. Simonne is very friendly and helpful!

Great accommodation. Really good location. In the middle of the pedestrian street. Very easy access. Parking not far away on foot. Tastefully decorated home. Cleanliness: pristine. The bedding was impeccable! And very comfortable. Very well received. Very responsive and understanding host. (Nice little extra: Board games are available) Really great. Recommended!

Beautiful accommodation! Very well decorated, easy to access, very clean, welcoming host, attentive. Bonus: we found parking spaces every night downstairs from the accommodation, which is complicated in the area or in other accommodations.
