This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Right in the village is Lake Bernstein, one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg with a large sandy beach, small bays and a lido. Forests and fields around Ruhlsdorf invite you to take beautiful walks and collect mushrooms. It is hard to believe that this oasis of tranquility can be reached in just 45 minutes by car from Berlin Mitte.

This lovingly furnished apartment is located in a 2-story building with a Greek restaurant downstairs in the house. It is close to the S-Zepernick (30 minutes to Friedrichstr.) There is a parking space available and several bus lines run in front of the door. Bernau Heart Center: Car: 10 min. Bus: 30 min. Buch Clinic: Car: 7 min. Bus: 22 min. S-Zepernick: By car: 3 minutes (free parking near the train station to travel by train to Berlin) Bus: 4 min.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
