Enjoy the front yard with a fire pit and benches and the back yard with a hot tub, picnic table and string lights. We are 5 minutes to kayaking/tubing the Guadalupe, and 25 minutes to New Branufels or Boerne. 8 minutes to downtown Bulverde. The wine country in Fredericksburg is 50 minutes away, as is downtown San Antonio. 5 minutes to many restaurants, Wal Mart and H‑E‑B Grocery.
