Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Boeotia

Central location, close to restaurants and public transport, in a lively neighborhood but still very quiet apartment. Great communication with the host.

This place is right in the center of the City. It's very convenient to walk to many places. For us, the most important thing we were looking for was able to walk to the Acropolis and this place is only 10 minutes easy walk to Acropolis.

The apartment was as expected, top notch and beautifully finished with many amenities not always found in an AirBnB. If I may suggest, a small bottle of water and a few sachets of coffee will make the stay great for late night arrivals like myself, otherwise can't complain.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing apartment in Athens! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly silent in the night even though it’s located just steps away from the Acropolis and right in the heart of the city (plaka). You couldn’t ask for a better location, with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable we had the best sleep ever! The host, Miltos, was absolutely wonderful. He helped us to arrange a taxi from and to the airport, he was always available, and responded to messages almost instantly. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and he even provided us with a list of recommended restaurants— all great options unfortunately, we couldn’t try them all because we stayed only 3 days! Miltos was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much Miltos! we will definitely be back! This is hands down the best place to stay in Athens!

si vous recherchez la tranquilité, les espaces verts en banlieu d'Athènes, le logement et l'hôtesse sont fantastiques. à 5 minutes de la mer et à 5 minutes d'une rue avec restaurants, terrasses, boutiques et supermarchés, vous ne pouvez vous tromper en résidant chez Maria. En plus, elle nous a suggéré un petit restaurant sur la plage où tout était parfait: le service, la nourriture, la vue, le tout à un prix fort raisonnable. Revenir, je rechercherais à nouveau le logement de Maria, à 20-25 minutes de l'Acropole. On sent que Maria est une hôte depuis plusieurs années car même si la cuisine est petite, tout y est. Les équipements sont très adéquats.

Such an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The apartment is as exactly as described with breathtaking views. Panos is a fantastic host and was always so responsive when we had questions. He gave recommendations on some great restaurants and lounges. Our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be. We will definitely come back to one of Panos’s places for our next trip back to Greece.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It’s a lovely large flat with all antique furniture and decorated with fine art, rugs, and decorative items mostly made of silver glass. It was very pleasant to spend the week here and we enjoyed the small balcony off the bedroom that looks out on an internal garden. The apartment doesn’t get much direct sunlight so we needed the lights on during the daytime, but there was plenty of lamps and overhead lighting so it wasnt dark. The bathroom is a large size and it also has a washer and tumble dryer. The down side was that the checkin was time consuming. I had to sign a sign a lease and an inventory of the items present. The inventory was 60+ items long and not all of it was straightforward to identify. Some items on the inventory were missing so I had to contact the host. She said I had been given the old inventory and to cross out the missing items. The inventory also declared everything was in perfect condition which I had to also cross out.

Excellent location of modern apartment for town, tourist attractions, restaurants and getting to the airport. We made great use of the pool, for which Stamatis provided towels. Had everything required for basic cooking. Stamatis was very attentive, insisting to be there when we arrived. He showed us the apartment and made sure to talk through a map of the areas we wished to visit. Wanting to visit an island, Stamatis recommended Hydras. It was gorgeous and easy to get to using the metro and then a ferry.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Υπέροχη αισθητική σε ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι με έντονο τόσο το στοιχείο της παράδοσης όσο και της σύγχρονης διακόσμησης. Το φαγητό της περιοχής είναι γενικά άψογο και τα χωριά της Φωκίδας ένα κρυμμένο διαμάντι. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Υπέροχη διαμονή! Το Airbnb ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και είχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, κοντά σε μαγαζιά και αξιοθέατα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Συνολικά, περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε στο μέλλον.

Irene is very easy to communicate with and this cute place is well-stocked and close to everything you want to see and do in Athens. We had a fantastic stay!

The place was great for our family, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us! It was close to everything as well and had a beautiful view of the acropolis from the balcony.

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Natasa and Sotiris were wonderful hosts! Very quick responses to any questions we had during our stay and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, as everything was walkable. The apartment is also right near a subway stop, so we were able to easily access public transit as well. We felt very welcome and appreciated by the hosts. Highly recommend!!
